    Neat caboose.

4:11 It sounds like the lights to that caboose are not very bright at all, and neither is its manufacturer.

Why would Athena release these cabooses obviously knowing the lighting that wasn’t bright. I just bought one and I hope it comes with sound.

I just got the same one in todayx and the one wheel is doing the same thing as your model. How did you fix your wheel to snap back in properly? Did you bend the brass electrical pickup for the wheel set to snap in tightly, but to run smoothly? Please let me know, thank you.

I just snapped mine back in before running it, I haven't done anything to fix it yet sorry.

@@KsModels Thanks for the video. We received ours today and had the exact same issue. I phoned the dealer and they immediately arranged to send an RA number and send a replacement caboose ; shortly after they called and said that if I wanted they would send replacement trucks straight away instead, if I felt okay about fixing it myself. I figured why not have extra trucks? They mentioned something about a cracked sideframe but I didn't note anything; they also asked about the condition of the box and shared that there have been a lot of breakage due to rough handling.
I too was hoping for marker lights and was thinking about what it would take to roll my own and I realized that the markers were hung on the trailing end of the caboose by employees. So to do it right would be difficult. Leaving them up and having them directional would be a compromise... I'm thinking to glue jewels in the markers, until a better idea pops up.

Depressingly bad. I am tired of these companies promising something and not delivering. The lights are weak…I am seriously thinking of getting out of the hobby after getting locomotives that don’t work, electronics that fail etc. Such a high percentages of defects..what do you expect from greedy cheap companies?
