i was at college when this came out and it was blasted non stop in the student common room with all those cheese and wine parties. this tune is one of my all time favorites. i'm 61 years old now and it just brings a glow to my face every time i hear it.

Lol, I would play this song every time I was in a new relationship. And it worked well for what I needed it for, but after awhile relationship would breakdown. And so did the record after 256 times. Funny enough I’m married now with 3 Children, but never played this to my wife. I think it’s best to listen to this in my own time. This song will always stay in my thoughts forevermore

@@Belburg Yes that's true. The other guys seem to be less laid back but still have that energy on stage. I've seen their interviews( separately) and they still continue doing music in different forms. Sometimes people make excellent music as a group, but one strong personality can cause problems.

Immunocompromised, PIC compromised, or culturally compromised by disco being a refuge of the waif-faring sailors of that era. They look like a happy group with a lot of fulfillment. Doesn't mean to say they didn't suffer. Their music is too beautiful to lack suffering.
