More BTS please. Be sure to put the Closed Captions with English subtitles on. All but their very early MV's have them. Then you'll understand what they are saying, which is really important in a lot of their songs. Request you do Born Singer - as part of their Proof Live (3 songs - Born Singer, Yet to Come and For Youth).
Thanks for reacting! You want a ballad? They have it. You like hard rap? They got it. 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. Hit the CC button and the English lyrics show up. Their live stages are a must see too!
@@brochiachekpop In answer to your question about, "He sounds like he's talkin' in English a little bit...", yes. International appeal means a smattering of English here and there. Almost all modern KPop will contain several English lyrics. Hell, three quarters of Blackpink grew up in English speaking nations. One of them had to learn Korean to join the KPop scene.
There musical range is actually crazy ! They have around 300 songs and differents genres so you can always find one that you'll like ! Actually I was always discrediting them in the past (I even was a hater) but I'm a big fan now ! When you go deep into them you discover that they are amazing artists and I'm so proud and happy to be their fan 💜
@@elym5282 that's good to know that you tried to know about them even when you hated them... coz I don't any reason to hate these guys.... people don't have a reason to hate them, they know nothing about their history and they don't even try to know about them and hate them for literally nothing... so I'm glad that you tried to know about them💜
you can click the CC button to understand what theyre saying. bts isnt kpop or isnt what you think kpop is. kpop isnt a genre its a music industry that does many genres. bts do all genres they write and produce their own music especially the 3 rappers write all their own raps. theres also 4 singers who also write a lot of the music. all 7 members have solo careers on top of being in the group. theyre very different from western boybands who usually break up to go solo. bts music is deep as its based on their lives, experiences, society, feelings etc they especially write about mental health, society issues, their come up story etc and so much more. they been a group since 2013 so its almost their 10 year anniversary. the best basic advice i can give is dont have assumptions, dont try to tell them a part from hair colors and dont assume just cause the song is upbeat that the meaning is happy or not deep. their most political deep social commentary songs have a upbeat tone to them. some songs need explanation videos as its sometimes difficult to understand as non korean speakers. so i suggest reacting to videos from dkdktv for some bts songs. they do have /some/ songs based on romantic relationships but majority are a lot deeper than that. many songs are dedicated to their fans, to each other, to friends/families etc their relationship type songs arent only about romantic relationships there a few though. you will learn more as you go if you decide to dive deeper i suggest reacting to these videos the bangtan 7 by taylor, bts hardships 2013 - 2021 by xceleste, this is bts introduction to bts by xceleste, how army changed fandom culture by boracity magazine, the mistreatment of bts by affecated, bts : more than kpop by bbygangmag before reacting to bts : more than kpop by bbygangmag you should react to these bts songs to get a better understanding : bts - am i wrong bts - spring day what you still dont know about bts spring day by italian army bts - no more dream bts - silver spoon/baepsae and baepsae explained by dkdktv
I thank you so much for telling me all of this! I will go and look at the videos you suggest and next time I view their music I will 100% turn on the CC because I honestly did not know they had the lyrics translated on the video. I thank you so much for the feedback!!
Technically bts is a kpop group, remember army that they had debuted as a "kpop group". Since each of their song are diverse, it doesn't mean that they don't classify because they dont primarily sing "pop songs". Bts is a kpop group, because they still attend the MMA and MAMA awards which is for kpop artists, they are still in the kpop industry and were registered as one. For instance, its like if someone born in America went to Jamaica for a few years and eventually picked up the Jamaican dialect, it doesn't mean that they are Jamaican, but because they were born somewhere else, *mindblown*🤯, lol. But yea i hope yall get what I'm trying to say 😅.
BTS as a full group only have 3 fully English songs (Dynamite, Butter, and Permission To Dance). All their other songs are a mix of Korean and English. They also have songs in Japanese too.
I usually skip reactors who don't turn on subtitles, but you were a joy to watch even without the lyrics. You seemed to really get and enjoy the music. I hope you check out more BTS (but next time with CC on!) Borahae 💜 In fact, your reaction to Yet To Come made me hit the subscribe button. I can tell you get it
Honestly, I saw that yet to come was in there and definitely thought 'oh man, we might lose him with that one' since the mv has so many call backs to previous works and is meant more as a comfort song to their fans. So I'm surprised it was your favorite song! Just goes to show how bad I am at trying to get people interested in BTS since I would pick completely the wrong songs to hook them! 😂😂😂 good job on your brother for picking these songs that they knew you'd like!
I had the very same reaction. I was about to call his brother an opp for recommending Yet to Come but it looks like he knew exactly what he was doing 😂😂
I thought the same...... I was like why did his brother gave him "yet to come" coz ARMYs are the one who can really connect to this song... like most of the times, I was like he should have gave him BST or FAKE LOVE😂 but I'm glad he liked it💜
Yet To Come was very sad for the fans because it was released right before they announced their hiatus 😭 I could see it coming just by that video. They plan to come back together in 2025 once they all complete their mandatory military services. The oldest left in December 2022 and the 3rd oldest literally just left a few weeks ago. They still have the rest to go. I’m the meantime, they’re focusing on their solo projects. Agust D is one you have to check out!! He’s one of the members of BTS who is a rapper and he’s a solo rapper. His name is Suga in BTS but rapper name is Agust D
They’re not on a hiatus lol they’re doing solo stuff bc of the military. I think most ppl misunderstood them bc they don’t know what happens in K-pop typically when members go to the military in other groups. A couple different things are done…. Some groups actually continue and will release songs that the members in the military just have no part of sand they’ll continue to promote and perform pretty normally just missing members here and there. They will continue to go on variety shows, some do competition shows as a group… without whoever is gone… and lastly it’s solo career time until they’re done. So BTS was saying that they were not going to be making music to promote unless they were 7. They weren’t going on any competition shows unless they’re 7…. They’re focusing on the solo stuff while the MS is being done or until the last solo work is done. They specifically denied the word “hiatus” and jk was adamant about the word. Think it scares ppl for some reason or another
I just found BTS and I’m so impressed. Different genres of music, they change their style consistently, and they are incredibly talented. Rappers, singers, dancers…they have it all. I hope you continue with them. Dynamite is an all English song that was the first one I heard. But they have TONS of great songs. They were more hip hop at the beginnings (like a decade ago when they were kids) and Fire is one of my favorites from that time
I’m personally not the biggest fan of their title track but their bsides are too good. Especially the older ones like Come back home, Rain, House of cards, 134340, UGH!, Ddaeng, Paradise, ect.
Everything you want! But my dude, use the subtitles!!!! They have beautiful lyrics. Also "yet to come" is a really really significant and extremely loved song for us (the fandom)!! It's a trip through various eras of their career (among other things too)!!!
Honestly, BTS's music is so diverse you could stay just on them for ages. Turn on the CC! Their lyrics are deep and you don't want to miss out. Love seeing people discover them. Have fun!
It was so fun seeing you get into the music without even knowing the lyrics. Once you turn on the closed captioning and see that their lyrics are also amazing, i know you'll be even more impressed! If no one has explained yet, Yet to Come is an extra special song and MV because it was their last release as a group before going on hiatus till 2025. Korea requires mandatory military service of 18 months for all men, so for the next few years they'll all serve as well as explore solo projects before coming back together. They're calling everything from debut in 2013 to this song in 2022 "Chapter 1" and now they're solo phase is "Chaper 2." The YTC MV is full of visual throwbacks to other MVs through the years, so it's very sentimental, and the lyrics are relevant to this time of change for them. Oh and their very first MV, No More Dream, starts with the black parallel bars opening the screen, so its poignant that this MV ends with the screen closing to black. But dont worry, they really will come back again as 7! They still talk about their plans and intentions all the time.
First of all... I appreciate your brother for choosing these three.... And the moment you said 'yet to come' is your fav... Aint gonna lie you become bts army's favourite... And the moment you said 'jhope, has cleanest feet', you became my fav.... 😍 Hope from now on you will turn on captions... Go go go... Go and rewatch all three with captions... 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
They're flexing in this one! You'll always want to make sure you have the captions on. Their lyrics are often deep and always meaningful. Thank you for taking the time to react to these incredibly talented young men! 💜
I am surprised to see that you enjoyed YET TO COME the most..... coz it's not everyone's cup of tea, and it has so many references from their songs in the past, it's hard to understand if you don't know about their previous songs but I'm happy that you enjoyed and I didn't expected that..... this song is not just a song for ARMYs but it's a promise that gave us in the form of this song.... in this song they promised that they will comeback and BTS's and ARMYs BEST IS YET TO COME, it's a song for ARMYs..... it's really emotional song for us as fans, it's a title track of their anthology album they released, that's when they announced their break from group activities so that they can grow individually, learn more and then make a comeback stronger than before, and they also have to complete their duties of military enlistment, 2 members are already enlisted, rest are doing solo activites right now..... they will comeback as a group in 2025💜
You need to activate the subs, my dear... their songs are (most of them) deep, meaningful, with beautiful messages. The last one made us cry as babies because it was their temporary goodbye as a group while serving in the Korean army. They called it a hiatus, but... they didn't stop working! As solos they are producing tons of masterpieces!! They are perfection as solo and something out of this world together!
I am so happy you loved Yet To Come. It's a very special song and it's a promise from BTS to ARMYs. 💜 Looking forward to more. I hope you enjoy your BTS journey.
Yes, they got a song for each taste, each mood of the day. They are 7 fantastic performers. Amazing lyrics, choreos, amazing singing and rapping. Hundreds of amazing songs.

And......another one bites the dust!!! Even in Korean, you love their songs! Are you ready for this? You may not be....their discography of songs is MASSIVE! They all rap, sing, write and produce! In the desert, Yet to Come? They had sold out 6 shows in Vegas with their Permission to Dance tour, during non concert days they filmed this video in the desert. It references their past concerts/songs. The bus, stone statue, merry go round etc. You will find the production is outstanding in everything they touch. Hardest working individuals ever....You are going to have to react to some of their Award show performances at the MAMA'S 2017, 2018 and 2019 are just a few good ones! Rabbit hole is deep, you jumped, now keep going!!!❤
The one whose rap you liked in the third song is J-hope, he is known for have an immaculate flow and not having a single bad verse in his whole career BTS has 3 rappers and 4 vocalists: Rm - Main rapper, leader, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc Jin - Vocalist, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc Suga - Rapper, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc J-hope - Rapper, Main dancer, songwriter, producer, etc Jimin - Lead vocalist, main dancer, songwriter, producer, etc V - vocalist, dancer, songwriter, producer, etc Jungkook - Main singer, lead dancer, center, songwriter, producer, etc They are currently doing solo work before doing their mandatory military service for their country. The two that left already are Jin and J-hope. If you do dice into the rabbit hole of all things bts there is so much content out there that these two years of them doing service will probably fly by for you 😂 The members who released solo albums/singles so far: Jin - The astronaut J-hope - Jack in the box RM - Indigo Jimin - FACE (recently released) Suga - D-Day (recently released) You seem to really like when they sing in English, they do have 3 fully English songs that they released during the pandemic. Dynamite, Butter and Permission to dance. They wanted people to cheer up and have fun, it was a message that everything will be okay and we'll see each other again some day. Remember, the English songs are really pretty but not the best of what they could do! I would write more but I don't want my comment to be too long lol have fun on this journey!!
Turning on the captions for the BTS music videos is a must in order to get the message while enjoying the video. I just came across your reaction video by the way and I gotta say I love your enthusiasm! Hope you get to dive a little deeper into the group’s discography because it’s just amazing and addictive lyrically and producing wise
Mic Drop Yes RM speaks English as well as his native Korean and he also speaks Japanese he's trilingual. It's a remix I prefer their version with the extra extended dance breaks they use at Korean award shows also their live versions with a live band with heavy bass it's just more powerful.
This video has special meaning for Armies. As if you go back to their start you will see the scenes from this MV includes memories of the previous album MVs
I knew you would like it the moment you said "I don't know what they're saying but i get it through the music, the vibe" - That's what it's all about 💜
If you do nothing else when you watch a BTS mv make sure you put the subs on - their lyrics are intelligent, profound and witty. As an army (BTS fan) I find Yet To Come a little sad as it is the last song they gave us as a group before starting their solo projects and fullfilling their military service. The vid is chock full of references to their back catalogue. I like the school bus in particular because it references their first debut song where they are in a school bus. It's a bit like saying that the start and the end (for the time being) are one. These guys are worth your time.
Thank you for seeing BTS and enjoying their music! As you enjoy their MV's their live performances are something you will enjoy more! Their songs are a variety of different genres and aside from the great music please look into their meaningful lyrics as well. 💜☺
Now that you are hooked, I would suggest starting from the beginning. They debuted in 2013. First video is No More Dream. You can watch them grow and evolve. They were amazing to begin with and only get better!
😂a lot of Mic Drop is actually in English! Their names are Kim Namjoon (RM...Rap Monster), Kim Seokjin (Jin the oldest he is currently in Korean Army), Min Yoongi ( Suga as in shooting guard aka Agust D currently on solo tour), Jung Hoseok ( J Hope also currently in Korean Army), Park Jimin (Jimin singer & very good dancer), Kim Taehyung (V....he's THAT guy) & Jeon Jungkook (Jungkook the youngest has lip piercing & right arm tattoo shoulder to hand he's their lead vocolist..pitch perfect! ). Your fave song here Yet To Come is 1 of their newer songs, came out last year with their Anthology album Proof. The other new songs were Run BTS & For Youth...which starts with the audience singing to them at Wembley stadium they even sang in Korean! The guys were in tears so touched!
They started on a bus...and ended (temporarily) on a bus. SMOOTH. All scenes are nods to previous music videos of their career. No more Dreams was the first video 2013...and they were on a School Bus.
Yet to come is filled with images from all their past music videos. It was the last song they released as a group before they started military service and to pursue solo work. It is very special to fans. Their discography is extremely diverse from full on rap songs to moving ballads and everything in between. I hope you check out more of their group work and also their solo work. They have so much out there to see
The Yet To Come video is really special for fans as it picks bits & pieces from all the previous BTS videos. To you, it might look like random stuff in a desert, but it all has meaning.
if you like jhope's flow (the guy in yet to come) you should listen to his solo albums! there are two so far: 'hope world' and 'jack in the box'. (and i also recommend his feat with j. cole, 'on the street'!)
not gonna lie your reactions were super fun to see, can't wait for more. i feel like you would love the rapline's songs! as well as their solos, mostly j-hope's (who also collaborated with j.cole last month for on the street) and agust d's (suga's alter persona), respectively the albums "jack in the box" and "d-2", my personal favourites. RM's solos include a wider range of genres, he has done lots of featuring songs as well. hope you enjoy!
Thank you for your reaction! I really enjoyed it. Armys are going to give you a thousand suggestions so I just wanna say, go at your own pace and enjoy the journey. 🙂
I subscribed bcs i like your reactions so much, better watch BTS MV with subtitles on bcs they have such a deep lyrics you will love the songs even more..and YTC (yet to come) is a very special song for Army it was the last songs before they go on hiatus bcs they have to go to the military wich is mandatory for Korean man, and the way you enjoy it almost make me cry and as a j-hope bias imagine how happy i am when you said you like his flow..he never had a bad verse in his entire live and now jin and j-hope is in the military and I miss them so much, watching old bts videos and watching a good reator reacting to old BTS song warm my heart..so thank you a lot for this..i'm excited to follow your journey and will watch your other BTS reactions..keep it coming please and thank you for showing your love for them and welcome to the fandom.. borahae 💜
Would love for you to react to more BTS. They debuted in 2013 so there are tons of songs to choose from and many genres. Rap, pop, and hip hop to name a few. The choices are endless. It’s bigger than you could imagine and all fantastic. Great reaction. Can’t wait for more! 💜
BTS is 3 rappers 4 star vocalists. BTS is the best then there's the rest who are good but BTS has such a huge discography in sonny different genres. All great all top quality whether its Pop or Hip hop, Ballad, RAP traditional or inventive cross genre mixes.
You need to look up and react to BTS!!! All of their music is so good and the meaning behind the songs are life changing. Definitely put the sub titles on so you can fully understand the message they are sending!!! Thank you for reacting to the 7 AMAZING Men!!!! I hope you love them as much as us ARMYs!!!! 💜🫰🏻
Even without captions on (I’m usually bummed that you’ll miss the lyrics) I loved watching you, your smile is infectious. Welcome to the rabbit hole 💜I will have to binge the rest now , since I’m late to your journey
Just wait until you hear them live! I highly recommend Yet to Come live from their Proof Live concert (I bet you’d like all 3 songs they performed there tbh!). Anderson Paak played drums for them during Yet to Come at that performance!
'Yet To Come' all the props every single one is from a different BTS MV or stage performance scenery. They have the 3 best Rappers in the Business. RM, Suga and J Hope. Suga (aka Agust D) has just broken another record he's the only Rapper in the world to sell 1million copies of his latest album on it's release day. Each member of BTS is a solo aristt with their own solo work. Together they are a global Super Group who sell out the biggest Stadium's in the world. Each member is a Song Writer, Composer and Producer each to a greater or lesser degree. They have far more freedom including artistic freedom than any other Kpop Group/artist. They put more money into the South Korean economy then rest of kpop combined. They have the 4 most awarded artist in the world and the the most awarded KPOP group. They made almost bankrupt company the Biggest Kpop company over taking the big 3 kpop companies. Their CEO even gave them all share's in the company something no other kpop company has ever done.
Yet to Come is a very meaningful song to army, it's their last song together before they embarked on their solo careers and military service. There is a live performance of this in Proof live, with special guest Anderson Paak 😊
BTS has so many different songs I'm sure most people can find at least a few to like 😁 Plus they have solo works and covers. Kpop covers a lot of different genres as well. I like a mix of different kinds of music so that's why I like to listen to them.
you are soo cool I love seeing your honest reaction and will keep watching and supporting you. their Live performances are really worth checking out 💜💜💜
A. I love how your reactions are so real and pure B. If you want more K-pop I recommend Stray Kids Songs/ Performances I recommend 1. Gods Menu 2. Maniac 3. Gods du du du kingdom performance
i love how you listened to more than one song. feels like a fresh breath of air. some reactors just do too much and try and milk as much as possible, making a video for every song and whatnot. and frankly, i personally get bored of that. so this is really nice. wouldn't mind more reactors to listen to several songs in one sitting. an advice if you intend to continue with the reactions - turn the subtitles on or if there are no mvs read the subtitles along with the song you're reacting to. their lyrics are important to us 😊
I love how you vibing with YTC! only if you know every details about the MV is projecting most of their past MV 🥲 I literally cry the moment when this MV dropped. Thank you for reacting to BTS 💜
If there's one thing about us, we'll always support a good reactor. Thank you so much for your reaction, you just got a new subscriber - I can't wait to watch any future reactions you may do 💜
so the current situation with the boys is that they have focused more on their individual careers and dropping their individual albums as they are enlisting to the millitary one by one. 2 members have already enlisted. they will be back around 2025-2026 as a group all together again to drop more fire group content. but dont worry. if you start watching each day a single episode from their variety shows, until the day the all returne you would still havent finished watching them all.
Sooo I really enjoyed your reaction to those 3 songs, I think they are a great introduction to BTS, even if it's only the tip of the iceberg😅 First, I have to say : there are English subtitles on their music videos, I'd loved to see your reaction to the lyrics too! Also, I honestly did not expect you to enjoy Yet to Come this much but I'm so glad that you liked it. The song is so meaningful to BTS and their fans as they're basically talking about their future and promising their fans that they'll come back (for context, a few days after they released this song, they announced that they would take a break from group activities and now they're all enlisting in mandatory service in their country. They are planning to reunite in 2025!). Anyway, the mv is filled with references from all of their past music videos and it was actually nominated for Best Music Video at the Grammys! I'd suggest you to watch the live version of Yet to Come, to me it's even better than the studio version! And a little bonus: they had Anderson Paak playing the drums for them😂 If you're really committing to BTS, I would suggest you to watch "A guide to BTS members: The Bangtan 7" so that you can learn more about their background 😊
I wish you had turned on the subtitles so you could get a better understanding and appreciation for what they are singing and rapping about. It would have elevated your reaction video. But you clearly enjoyed it and it was nice to watch you.
Welcome to the rabbit hole of BTS.Our boys are famous for the meaningful lyrics then please always put captions to better understanding..Yet to come are really special on every Army’s heart is a lots messages behind every scenes hard for a news person to understand but really happy then you love it .can’t wait for the next reaction to our 7 kings thank you 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
i love it sm when ppl fall in love with bts' music. they've got any genre you're looking for, they're versatile like that !! i hope you continue following them. they're in a group hiatus rn because they're accomplishing their military service (2 members/7 are already in) but they've got solo albums released! if you like rap, you'd absolutely love RM, Jhope, and Suga's albums; they're mostly rap songs!
I just started watching your reactions and this song is hard for me because it’s so emotional to watch. It was like their farewell for now. It showcases props from past songs, made for fans. Thank you for giving them love! Borahae 💜
1st of all, learning Korean has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. 💯 reccomend. 2nd, the Yet To Come video is jam-packed with references u just ain't gonna catch right now. To noobs it's just gonna a look like a bunch a guys went to the desert to drop acid a-la Jim Morrison. Come back to this after you're caught up with not just the music but their entire 10+ year career, wise conduct, and professionalism and you'll appreciate it wayyyy more.🎉Spring Day and the story behind that song is an excellent place to start.
love how u were smiling and excited within the first 30 seconds lol me af your reaction to yet to come is so good! that’s how i felt when i watched it but i also cried lol it’s such a special song to us 💜 excited to watch your bts journey if you’re down for that. it’s a lot of stuff but it’s beautiful i promise 💜💜💜💜
Thanks for giving BTS a try. If you start reacting to more Korean artists, you'll find a lot of great music. But I have to admit that BTS holds a special place in my heart. Maybe it's because their discography is so excellent & varied (you really can find lots for almost any taste or mood), maybe because they're genuinely wonderful human beings, maybe it's because they give their all for every performance... No matter what you investigate next, you can be sure it will be the result of a lot of talent and creativity. Exploring the world of BTS is a wonderful adventure. Welcome and enjoy!
Man i normally end up just watching the AMVs when I watch reactions, but smt about you makes me smile, like you have such a good vibe man. Put into short words: you cute as hell tf
Oh I didn’t expect you to like yet to come so much and Aw, it’s a joy to see ! It’s a song for the fan, this one… I hope you’ll enjoy your journey !! And you seem to enjoy j-hope a lot, he’s the rapper with the flow. You may like his solo work as well then !! This man has a incredible vibe and his flow is super melodic, a contrario to RM and Suga. Three super different rappers actually, but equally talented.
Mic Drop is BTS' response to their haters with a little flexing on the side...lol. Plus, with Suga's epic lines "tasteless ratatouille and sue it". Check the latest live performance of Mic Drop form their Yet to Come Busan concert last October where it was attended by over 70K live audience and was livestreamed by over 50M worldwide causing the app to crash from time to time but all so worth it. You will feel the same energy.
Welcome to the rabbit hole that is BTS. I've been army since 2019. Thank you for giving our boys a listen. Incase u wanted to kno, BTS isn't your usual boy band. Their music speaks of social and political injustice, abuse, and other things. Their message is to LOVE YOURSELF. They changed me for the better. Maybe they will bring a positive change to you as well.💜
I'm really glad you loved Yet To Come. A lot of new listeners don't like it cause they don't understand it - the MV has a lot of callbacks to past MVs, the bus being the main symbol, found int e MV of No More Dream, their debut. It's a comfort songs to fans (called ARMY), quite special to us, but casual fans or listeners find it boring or just.... yeah anyway, glad you like them - English subtitles are on the songs (CC), as well, if you want to understand the lyrics - which are usually actually quite important for the meaning of the song (e.g. Mic Drop was a diss song to the haters, the lyrics are quite.... brutal.... true, but brutal)
I love that Yet to Come was your favourite. That’s one of BTS’s most recent group songs and most meaningful. Thanks for giving them a well rounded listen.
Seeing you find a BTS song that really resonated with you warmed my heart! I would suggest watching the Tiny Desk concert with BTS. It has a great selection of songs, and you get to hear them performing live in an intimate setting. :)
I really enjoyed your reaction. Especially to Yet To Come. Cause even if you couldn‘t understand what they were saying and even if you didn‘t pick up all the references they made, you could still feel it! That was special to me. Thank you so much❤
You were an absolute joy to watch. I hope you react to more bts I can’t wait to see what’s next! Next time turn on the captions and the translation for the song is there it brings a whole other feeling to it.
Let me know what y’all want to see!!!❤️
Please review Stray Kids?
I WILL!!!
If you liked J-Hope, there is collab song 'on the street' with J Cole...
@@YoMully21 🤣 kpopies coming after BTS.
Thanks for reacting! You want a ballad? They have it. You like hard rap? They got it. 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. Hit the CC button and the English lyrics show up. Their live stages are a must see too!
💜
@@brochiachekpop In answer to your question about, "He sounds like he's talkin' in English a little bit...", yes. International appeal means a smattering of English here and there. Almost all modern KPop will contain several English lyrics. Hell, three quarters of Blackpink grew up in English speaking nations. One of them had to learn Korean to join the KPop scene.
only heard them with juice wrld. but they sound like they got some bops🤝🏾
They sound really really good bro
Some bops??😂😂. How about near 400?
There musical range is actually crazy ! They have around 300 songs and differents genres so you can always find one that you'll like ! Actually I was always discrediting them in the past (I even was a hater) but I'm a big fan now ! When you go deep into them you discover that they are amazing artists and I'm so proud and happy to be their fan 💜
@@elym5282 that's good to know that you tried to know about them even when you hated them... coz I don't any reason to hate these guys.... people don't have a reason to hate them, they know nothing about their history and they don't even try to know about them and hate them for literally nothing... so I'm glad that you tried to know about them💜
They got a song with wale and COLE too
you can click the CC button to understand what theyre saying.
bts isnt kpop or isnt what you think kpop is. kpop isnt a genre its a music industry that does many genres. bts do all genres they write and produce their own music especially the 3 rappers write all their own raps. theres also 4 singers who also write a lot of the music. all 7 members have solo careers on top of being in the group. theyre very different from western boybands who usually break up to go solo.
bts music is deep as its based on their lives, experiences, society, feelings etc they especially write about mental health, society issues, their come up story etc and so much more. they been a group since 2013 so its almost their 10 year anniversary.
the best basic advice i can give is dont have assumptions, dont try to tell them a part from hair colors and dont assume just cause the song is upbeat that the meaning is happy or not deep.
their most political deep social commentary songs have a upbeat tone to them. some songs need explanation videos as its sometimes difficult to understand as non korean speakers. so i suggest reacting to videos from dkdktv for some bts songs.
they do have /some/ songs based on romantic relationships but majority are a lot deeper than that. many songs are dedicated to their fans, to each other, to friends/families etc their relationship type songs arent only about romantic relationships there a few though.
you will learn more as you go if you decide to dive deeper i suggest reacting to these videos

I purple you Army for this 💜💜💜💜

I will definitely listen to these 💜thank you
I usually skip reactors who don't turn on subtitles, but you were a joy to watch even without the lyrics. You seemed to really get and enjoy the music. I hope you check out more BTS (but next time with CC on!) Borahae 💜
In fact, your reaction to Yet To Come made me hit the subscribe button. I can tell you get it
this is so real 😭😭😭
Honestly, I saw that yet to come was in there and definitely thought 'oh man, we might lose him with that one' since the mv has so many call backs to previous works and is meant more as a comfort song to their fans. So I'm surprised it was your favorite song! Just goes to show how bad I am at trying to get people interested in BTS since I would pick completely the wrong songs to hook them! 😂😂😂 good job on your brother for picking these songs that they knew you'd like!
yess i thought the same i was surprised he loved it!!!
i was like "he should have chose black swan or something for the third" but it seems his brother knows his taste!🤭
I had the very same reaction. I was about to call his brother an opp for recommending Yet to Come but it looks like he knew exactly what he was doing 😂😂
I thought the same...... I was like why did his brother gave him "yet to come" coz ARMYs are the one who can really connect to this song... like most of the times, I was like he should have gave him BST or FAKE LOVE😂 but I'm glad he liked it💜
Same! 😂
I love YTC and I think BTS is so good making this kind of song: Paradise, Life Goes on, Mikrokosmos, Love myself: answer, 2! 3!, Spring day...
This makes me so happy to hear as an army
@@chesiresays ahhh 134340 is one of my favs ever
@@chesiresays all of those are bops, i recently discovered rain
Hope from now on you will turn on captions... Go go go... Go and rewatch all three with captions...
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Jhope is my bias and i miss him so much 😭
They're flexing in this one! You'll always want to make sure you have the captions on. Their lyrics are often deep and always meaningful. Thank you for taking the time to react to these incredibly talented young men! 💜
I am surprised to see that you enjoyed YET TO COME the most..... coz it's not everyone's cup of tea, and it has so many references from their songs in the past, it's hard to understand if you don't know about their previous songs but I'm happy that you enjoyed and I didn't expected that..... this song is not just a song for ARMYs but it's a promise that gave us in the form of this song.... in this song they promised that they will comeback and BTS's and ARMYs BEST IS YET TO COME, it's a song for ARMYs..... it's really emotional song for us as fans, it's a title track of their anthology album they released, that's when they announced their break from group activities so that they can grow individually, learn more and then make a comeback stronger than before, and they also have to complete their duties of military enlistment, 2 members are already enlisted, rest are doing solo activites right now..... they will comeback as a group in 2025💜
OMG!!!! You are the first reactor who has noticed the people on FIRE in MicDrop. You ROCK!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Shid, I've watched that video thousands of times and always thought they were flying debris 😭😭😭😭
@@Nnaekkisame 😂😂
You need to activate the subs, my dear... their songs are (most of them) deep, meaningful, with beautiful messages.
The last one made us cry as babies because it was their temporary goodbye as a group while serving in the Korean army.
They called it a hiatus, but... they didn't stop working! As solos they are producing tons of masterpieces!!
They are perfection as solo and something out of this world together!
Love that you didn’t even have the CC on and the songs still hit you. When you watch them with lyrics and the meaning lands they’re even better. 💜
In your latest videos you asked if there were references to Yet to Come video.

The one whose rap you liked in the third song is J-hope, he is known for have an immaculate flow and not having a single bad verse in his whole career
BTS has 3 rappers and 4 vocalists:
Rm - Main rapper, leader, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc
Jin - Vocalist, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc
Suga - Rapper, songwriter, producer, dancer, etc
J-hope - Rapper, Main dancer, songwriter, producer, etc
Jimin - Lead vocalist, main dancer, songwriter, producer, etc
V - vocalist, dancer, songwriter, producer, etc
Jungkook - Main singer, lead dancer, center, songwriter, producer, etc
They are currently doing solo work before doing their mandatory military service for their country. The two that left already are Jin and J-hope. If you do dice into the rabbit hole of all things bts there is so much content out there that these two years of them doing service will probably fly by for you 😂
The members who released solo albums/singles so far:
Jin - The astronaut
J-hope - Jack in the box
RM - Indigo
Jimin - FACE (recently released)
Suga - D-Day (recently released)
You seem to really like when they sing in English, they do have 3 fully English songs that they released during the pandemic.
Jin is main Visual. Why didn’t you write that?
Your appreciation and honesty was very nice to see, thank you for reacting!!!
Thank you for watching 💜
U can turn on the subtitles btw❤ to see the english
Now that you are hooked, I would suggest starting from the beginning. They debuted in 2013. First video is No More Dream. You can watch them grow and evolve. They were amazing to begin with and only get better!
Thank you for respecting BTS. They are amazing. 💜
This man felt that soulfulness in Yet To Come. Loved your reaction.💜💜
Yet to come is filled with images from all their past music videos. It was the last song they released as a group before they started military service and to pursue solo work. It is very special to fans. Their discography is extremely diverse from full on rap songs to moving ballads and everything in between. I hope you check out more of their group work and also their solo work. They have so much out there to see
Your happy lil face when you heard the english in Yet to come - such a wholesome reaction! Glad you enjoyed!
7:30 there's actually 2 mvs for ON i think you would like the other one it's so cinematic
The Yet To Come video is really special for fans as it picks bits & pieces from all the previous BTS videos. To you, it might look like random stuff in a desert, but it all has meaning.
I really enjoyed your video. I hope you do more bts reactions in the future!
I will be recording and hopefully posting some of them today 🫡
B1A4's sandeul and BTS' jin are actually besties!
if you like jhope's flow (the guy in yet to come) you should listen to his solo albums! there are two so far: 'hope world' and 'jack in the box'. (and i also recommend his feat with j. cole, 'on the street'!)
put captions on , 4:10 he is RM leader of group BTS💜🙌
Thank you 💜
not gonna lie your reactions were super fun to see, can't wait for more. i feel like you would love the rapline's songs! as well as their solos, mostly j-hope's (who also collaborated with j.cole last month for on the street) and agust d's (suga's alter persona), respectively the albums "jack in the box" and "d-2", my personal favourites. RM's solos include a wider range of genres, he has done lots of featuring songs as well.
hope you enjoy!
Thank you for your reaction! I really enjoyed it. Armys are going to give you a thousand suggestions so I just wanna say, go at your own pace and enjoy the journey. 🙂
I subscribed bcs i like your reactions so much, better watch BTS MV with subtitles on bcs they have such a deep lyrics you will love the songs even more..and YTC (yet to come) is a very special song for Army it was the last songs before they go on hiatus bcs they have to go to the military wich is mandatory for Korean man, and the way you enjoy it almost make me cry and as a j-hope bias imagine how happy i am when you said you like his flow..he never had a bad verse in his entire live and now jin and j-hope is in the military and I miss them so much, watching old bts videos and watching a good reator reacting to old BTS song warm my heart..so thank you a lot for this..i'm excited to follow your journey and will watch your other BTS reactions..keep it coming please and thank you for showing your love for them and welcome to the fandom.. borahae 💜
YES HOBI (jhope) NEVER MISSES WITH THE FLOW!!! i recommend his solo mvs ‘more’ and ‘arson’ as well as his song equal sign!!
Yet to Come shows so much love to older videos. Revisits images..
Thanks for reacting!!! I always get excited when people discover how good and diverse Bts music is!! Loved the reaction!!!
Bts is the kings of kpop for a reason. Thank you for your reaction

2. Maniac
3. Gods du du du kingdom performance
I‘m so glad you like bts 💗 and jhopes part in yet to come haha
I love his verse too
You should react to them singing YET TO COME live with Anderson Paak on the drums
i love how you listened to more than one song. feels like a fresh breath of air. some reactors just do too much and try and milk as much as possible, making a video for every song and whatnot. and frankly, i personally get bored of that. so this is really nice. wouldn't mind more reactors to listen to several songs in one sitting. an advice if you intend to continue with the reactions - turn the subtitles on or if there are no mvs read the subtitles along with the song you're reacting to. their lyrics are important to us 😊
I loved watching this; thank you! Totally shocked me that Yet To Come was your fave of the three, but I love that!! So happy you enjoyed it!
Yet to come is a beautiful song and Thier last song they did before they went to the military
we got another one hooked by j-hope's flow bless
And a little bonus: they had Anderson Paak playing the drums for them😂
If you're really committing to BTS, I would suggest you to watch "A guide to BTS members: The Bangtan 7" so that you can learn more about their background 😊
Come back to this after you're caught up with not just the music but their entire 10+ year career, wise conduct, and professionalism and you'll appreciate it wayyyy more.🎉Spring Day and the story behind that song is an excellent place to start.
love how u were smiling and excited within the first 30 seconds lol me af
your reaction to yet to come is so good! that’s how i felt when i watched it but i also cried lol it’s such a special song to us 💜 excited to watch your bts journey if you’re down for that. it’s a lot of stuff but it’s beautiful i promise 💜💜💜💜
''let them cook'' nah bro, don'T let Namjoon cook if you still wanna have an house💀
Thank you 😭❤️
Oh I didn’t expect you to like yet to come so much and Aw, it’s a joy to see !
18:55 I LOVE THIS PART 😭😭your energy, I CAN FEEL YOUR ENERGY, LIKE WHEN I FIRST WATCHED THIS SONG, THANKS FOR THIS 💜💜💜💜i purple you
Mic Drop is BTS' response to their haters with a little flexing on the side...lol.
Thank you for the reaction they are the best 💜🌹
I nearly teared up when YTC turned out to be their favorite
RIGHT
@@lol-ig3zy LITERALLY
This is why I love them they have such heart felt songs and put their souls into it
Thank u for reacting BTS i hope you enjoyed it 😊💜💜💜
i live for yet to come appreciation. ty for giving them a listen !
It's a comfort songs to fans (called ARMY), quite special to us, but casual fans or listeners find it boring or just.... yeah
anyway, glad you like them - English subtitles are on the songs (CC), as well, if you want to understand the lyrics - which are usually actually quite important for the meaning of the song (e.g. Mic Drop was a diss song to the haters, the lyrics are quite.... brutal.... true, but brutal)
Aww you’re so sweet, loved every bit of this reaction😭🙏🏾
I love that Yet to Come was your favourite. That’s one of BTS’s most recent group songs and most meaningful. Thanks for giving them a well rounded listen.
Seeing you find a BTS song that really resonated with you warmed my heart! I would suggest watching the Tiny Desk concert with BTS. It has a great selection of songs, and you get to hear them performing live in an intimate setting. :)
I am an ARMY for 4 years now but still got goosebumps whenever i see their performances
Thank you for giving our boys such an honest and genuine reaction! Will look forward to your next contents about them! (you'll surely love them)
