So much inner and outer turmoil and going back in panic and survival patterns, feeling helpless like I can’t fix them and I’m drowning coz they keep happening non stop. Yesterday and today was the peak.
I see the link of how I have created more problems in my outer world because of my state of being. But my emotions have been so dense and extreme. I have been struggling to let go, and trust, with multiple huge life changes all at once.
It’s like I completely go back into amnesia land of fear.
This video was so helpful. So grounding. Just drop it and let it go.

Some feed back if I may.. the wind sound on ur 🎙 🎤 & that slapping sound or whatever that’s sound was . Perhaps from wind or sea breeze ?
Either way the background noises was very distracting & sharp sounds ..
Due to headsets being sharper with sounds these days while driving …
