I mean, Joe has been training for a few years now. If you've never trained and just started, I'd give it to Joe. That's how a lot of these influencers get in trouble thinking they'd be great at combat sports after a couple of training sessions.
Idk why ppl think salt papi lost becuase he lost weight losing weight is something that much better for fighting becuase the lighter you are the better cardio you'll have obviously if your cutting more then like 30lbs then that's not good for you but ethans like not exact lean at his weight he has a lil bit of belly fat act which isn't bad but he could definitely cut down to 170 165 no problem and would most likely feel good and look good
its a muscle memory issue, lighter is not better when you are used to move at whatever weight is your "daily"
