Up to a few years ago, definitely. But to be fair, the last 2-3 years, "very rare" is a bit much. I'd say it's just uncommon now. Though speaking of Klay, credit to him and the Warriors for starting this change of 3-heavy high-scoring basketball.
Thor Buttockth this was during the 2014-2015 season though so during that year, it was quite uncommon for teams to be scoring 35+ in a quarter but fair point
@@cheekyboomboom8973 no 35-40 points is still rare. A game where u averaged 40 a quarter would end up with u scoring 160 that game. And 160 points definitely isn’t the average
Another good Klay game is the one where he scored 60 points in 3 quarters and only dribbled the ball like 5 times lol. EDIT: it was 11 dribbles not 5 lol. And yes Luka........Klay is indeed a certified baller.
Watch his 14 3pm in a game. He holds the NBA record for that and the 2n best in one game is Steph Curry with 13 3pm and you have to think about it. They play on the same team
FYI a turnover is when a team loses possession of the ball and it goes to the other team (Ball goes out of bounds, ball gets stolen, etc.) When a team is running down the floor after gaining possession it is called a fastbreak.
Hey mate. Just to recap the video. Klay Thompson plays besides Steph Curry and has his whole career. Although Curry is slightly older and definitely the go to guy, Klay is arguably one of the greatest or the greatest catch and shoot shooters of all time. This game was particularly special because he was coming off a shooting slump (meaning he was not shooting as well recently) and exploded without missing a single shot in the quarter. Klay has done this multiple times since then but not to that extent. If you enjoy this type of video, similar videos I would suggest are: -Stephen Curry 12 threes against OKC (at the time this tied the 3 point record) -Klay Thompson 14 threes against the Bulls (this was also done in less than 3 quarters and is a still standing NBA record). -Stephen Curry 13 threes against Pelicans (Was the previous NBA record at the time) -NBA Players on fire (there are a bunch of these videos and you get to see players make very hard shots because they feel they can't miss). Other videos I (as a huge nba fan) would recommend definitely watching: -Zion Williamson highschool mixtape -Kevin Ware injury (the most gruesome injury in basketball history) -Allen Iverson highlights (If you want to see some crazy handles and crossovers) -Kobe Bryants final game (his last NBA game he dropped 60 points before retiring) -Tracy McGrady 13 points 33 seconds (to win the game) Keep doing what you're doing, I think I can speak on behalf of everyone in saying that we all love your videos. Klay Thompson is a top-3 shooter of all time and it’s very hard to dispute that at this point. His jump shot is legitimately picture perfect. He’s also one of the best defenders of the last half-decade. While he won’t jump out at you with game-breaking athleticism or advanced ball-handling, he can heat up at any time unlike any other player we’ve seen, and he’s just extraordinarily effective at what he does. There was a game where he scored 60 points only dribbling the ball 11 times
Klay Thompson is a top 3 shooter of all time. He plays on the Warriors with Steph Curry and together they make up the famous name “The Splash Bro’s”. He is one of the leagues most dangerous scorers and he also is great at defense. However he tore his ACL in the finals last year so he’s out this season. He also has tied the record (held by Curry) for 3 pointers made in a game at 14. You should react to more of him because he gets hot sometimes and just doesn’t miss. For example this quarter you just watched he didn’t miss one time. Still lovin the vids keep it up man!! 💙

Curry and Klay are the splash brothers. Revolutionizing the 3 point shot, they change the league forever in under 5 seasons. Top 3 shooters in the league and still remain in 3 pointers until Lillard and Harden became equipped with their own version. If I had to say; Klay has the most perfect, pure, fundamental jump shot of all time
Klay Thompson and Steph Curry are known as the Splash Brothers. The most lethal shooting duo in NBA history, they've set so many 3 point and shooting records and helped revolutionize basketball
Klay Thompson is most likely the player that has the hottest single game streaks in NBA history. 37 points in a quarter, 60 in 3 quarters with a total of NINE dribbles, 14 threes in a game. He’s also one of the best defenders at his position, the second best shooter in NBA history and one of the greatest team mates. Not a lot of players with his skill set would be content being the second or even third option on their team.
Klay Thompson and the point guard, steph curry, are nicknamed the splash brothers cause of there amazing shooting Also they were two huge reasons on why the golden state warriors had a dynasty that ended last year
Klay Thompson is known for 2 things: His ridiculous shooting And his most underrated attribute, defense Klay imo is the most dangerous shooter in the NBA rn. He’s a little streaky but when he’s on fire....it’s game over. He only needs one to fall and then he’s hot.
Not a freak moment. If Steph Curry is shooter number 1a for the Warriors, Klay Thompson is 1b. They are both sharpshooters, who are collectively known as the "Splash Brothers." Also, both their fathers were NBA players as well. If you think this shooting was great, you should check out game of the 2017-18 Western Conference Finals between the Huston Rockets vs the Warriors. I love that his last shot attempt is a 3 that he gets fouled on that got waved off... and the shot still went in. It didn't count, but Klay still buried an insane deep bucket. So, technically, Klay made 40 points, but only 37 counted. Cash money.
He's had some of the most outstanding shooting displays including scoring 60 pts in 29 minutes he's on the floor with just dribbling 11 times. And also holding the record for most threes in a game with 14
Another good one, Klay is insane when he's on. Just banging the drum again for a Dennis Rodman video. Can't believe more folks haven't joined me with this request. I'd love to see what you think of him. He's a 5-time champion. He's written 3 books. He has 29 IMDB acting credits on film and TV. He was a professional wrestler for a short time forming a tag team with Hulk Hogan and winning the 1998 Bash at the Beach pay per view. He's personal friends with Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un. He dated Madonna and married Carmen Electra. He's also considered one of the best defenders and rebounders in NBA history and a Hall of Fame inductee in 2011.

When klay thompson is on fire no one can stop him, he has made the most threes in a game in nba history (14) and another time made 60 points in 29 minutes
37 points in a game is a high scoring game for a player. There are many players who have never scored 37 points in a game in their entire career. Klay did it in about 9 minutes in one quarter. Insane.
Klay Thompson is one of the splash brothers. Him and Curry, they are both injured this season and have been out for a while and will likely be out for the rest of the season.

Hey brotha, a turnover is when a team loses the ball before they have a chance to shoot, usually by a bad pass that gets picked off by the opposing team, by an offensive foul, or by good defense that forces the offensive team to get sloppy and “turn over” the ball to the opposing team. What you keep referring to is actually a fast break, which when the offense pushes the ball up court as fast as possible, so that the defensive team is out outnumbered and not set up for defense. Usually a turnover leads to a fast break. Keep up the good work.
12:27 There are 30 Teams in the NBA (15 per conferences and 5 per division) 82 Games per season(w/o playoffs) The 8 Teams with the best record in a conference go to the playoffs 2 elimination tournaments (one per conference) with a series of best to 4 per round The 2 winner of these (West- and eastern conference champions) are going into the grand finals (also a series of best to 4)
Part of one of the best backcourts in the history of the NBA are the world champions Golden State Warriors is that also played in the NBA he's not playing this year he's injured but I'm sure he'll be back next year lighting it up from the three-point line
they skipped a three pointer and how he got his free throws to get to 37 from 32. he got fouled and just threw up a shot that didnt count and still made it. the crowd went wild for that too.
Steph is the best 3 point shooter in the league, but no one in the league can get as hot as Klay on a given night... He once had 43 points on 3 dribbles, wildest thing i seen.
When you say lay off I think you’re referring to when one player throws it up for another player to dunk, and if that’s the case the most commonly used term is lob
Eventually he would join us in a reality where Kawhi hit the 1st ever game 7 buzzer beater in the most dramatic fashion. He gets closer and closer to this timeline everyday

React the The Spurs Tribute - The Beautiful Game (Original). The 2014 Spurs were one of the most well coached teams Ive ever seen. They played some of the toughest competition in the last decade. Kobes Lakers, Bron and the Heat. CP3 and Blake Griffin on the clippers. This team lead by Tim Duncan one of the best Power Forwards of all time won a championship against a Prime Miami Heat LeBron James and the way they did it truly defines what Team basketball should be. I really think youll enjoy this video
P.s. been trying to get u to react to this since you started regularly uploading basketball. I tried Dming you on twitter.
My guy ... there are NBA games virtually every night of the week. You can watch highlights and recaps of the games on RUclips. The all-star weekend is coming up, the playoffs are from April through June.
I didn’t see this till I watched this reaction vid but the Kings called two time outs on the first two threes he hit. They saw this coming

There are 30 Teams in the NBA (15 per conferences and 5 per division)
82 Games per season(w/o playoffs)
The 8 Teams with the best record in a conference go to the playoffs
2 elimination tournaments (one per conference) with a series of best to 4 per round
The 2 winner of these (West- and eastern conference champions) are going into the grand finals (also a series of best to 4)
*best of 7
@@thebassman3757 best of 7 and best to 4 are the same
Gotta do that tmac 13 points in 30 seconds, my fav player on the one of the most clutch performances ever
Part of one of the best backcourts in the history of the NBA are the world champions Golden State Warriors is that also played in the NBA he's not playing this year he's injured but I'm sure he'll be back next year lighting it up from the three-point line
Bruh I love how people just Givin this guy advices. This comment section be so friendly
React to the 2018-2019 NBA Finals game 6 highlights

Klay is a baller. Really surprised u haven’t heard of him. Klay and Steph curry are splash brothers
they skipped a three pointer and how he got his free throws to get to 37 from 32. he got fouled and just threw up a shot that didnt count and still made it. the crowd went wild for that too.
TRACY MCGRADY 13 POINTS IN 35 SECONDS
Best ankle breakers this decade
Bruh, klay shoots a wide open three pointer on a fast break and this guy goes crazy. Must hurt having to fake acting surprised on EVERY SINGLE PLAY
Klay Thompson 14 three’s!
Once Klay is hot, no way u r stopping him. Just some of his best performances below.
1. 37 in one quarter
2. 10/10 for 3
3. 14 threes in a game.
React to Damian Lillard 61 points vs the golden state warriors
Steph is the best 3 point shooter in the league, but no one in the league can get as hot as Klay on a given night... He once had 43 points on 3 dribbles, wildest thing i seen.
Steph and Klay are known as the splash brothers. A lot of people consider them the best shooters of all time
When you say lay off I think you’re referring to when one player throws it up for another player to dunk, and if that’s the case the most commonly used term is lob
And in another game he had 69 in 3 quarters but voluntarily sat out the last quarter because it was a blow-out.
Eventually he would join us in a reality where Kawhi hit the 1st ever game 7 buzzer beater in the most dramatic fashion. He gets closer and closer to this timeline everyday
Klay top-5 shooter of all time
Second best shooter in nba history
watch curry vs okc 46 point game, that is one of his most iconic games
Klaus Thompson is basically what you get if you made Steph Curry taller and more built. The warriors would’ve won against the raptors in the finals if allay didn’t get injured but he’s gonna return from the injury this season :)
Klay Thompson is one of the best SG to ever grace the NBA this was a record and he will hold it for 50+ years down the road unless james harden pulls it out his bag
Luka the All Star Game is coming up in about a week or so, and then they play the last 1/3 or regular season games and then the playoffs star in mid April
I know this isnt basketball related but you should react to 'what is afl' its Australia's main sport and is criminally underrated worldwide
