I just spent from November 25th till present. locked up in my own bedroom of my apartment. It is 55 and up and designed like a nursing home to close. This is where my addition brought me (not a choice) to live in a place where you look around and see the closed doors. I came home that morning bitchin about everything, I took off my uniform and layed on the floor then 🛏️ Then came Christmas, anxiety was running wild . I made it out to my car to go to the the Store. Maybe four times all together in December and January. Closets became empty from my stock. Had some really weird dinners and the tap water is not healthy. I had a major breakdown that 🌄 morning after Thanksgiving. My life passed right by 👀 eyes. Everything that I had done was peeling away (anxiety ) was pouring out my spores . Baby steps , mustard seed of faith and prayers Getting in your cars to go buy food . What fun , what fun and a big deal considering a week ago I had to walk to the store , due to my car not working. Ten feet at a time. Then lay down. My heart 💜❤️ felt like it was going to blow up and I have stents Thank you Jesus , Son of God The holy spirit
You have to learn to listen to God so you don't make decisions that hurt you. Or hurt others, patient to harsh surroundings and people Doing the same thing over and over Is True Insanity
