simply use untreated roses or the most suitable varieties are rosehip, damask or Bulgarian roses ☺️

I have a question, is it a must to boil the lemons 3 times over cold water? What we could achieve by doing this?
The procedure is necessary and serves to remove the bitter taste from the peel and also make it softer (to be eaten) 😊
