Man Overboard Heave-to (RAW FOOTAGE) Fastest method?

Raw footage from a Sailing Virgins Monohull Course in the BVI where I’m showing the students for the first time the heave-to MOB pickup right before they get a chance to try and right before we do a full on MOB procedure, with normal way of pickup using just the sails.

Great to see this in a video, good job ! We are all taught to sail back using various methods but STOPPING the boat is the priority and heaving too immediately is what we practice 👌⛵️

Just upload a more detailed video on the matter,
It's shot during a sailing course, i want the student to focus on the explanation not filming me.
