Sorry for the reupload, but オップナー2608 suggested I use corrscope, which is better for FM oscilloscope views, so huge thanks for that! You can download it here github.com/jimbo1qaz/corrscope/
Since I see you're a big Ryu Umemoto and PC-98 fan I have a question for you. Do you happen to know anything about Umemoto's first game 響 (Hibiki)? It's listed on all his discography or whatever but I can barely find any record of its existence let alone the OST. Apparently it was an exclusive game for one of those weird rewritable floppy disk vending machines (kinda like the Famicom Disk System I think) so I think it may be permanently lost. Sorry for the weird question, just wasn't sure where to look after I tried everywhere else I could think of.
I was going to ask what "game" was this, but it was a graphic novel? The "player" doesn't interact with the story at all? Interesting artform, seeing it for the 1st time.
Yes! The Ryokusui Disk and FM Towns Version had PCM drums atop the FM ones! The original and PC9821 releases of the game didn't have them, and there's no official data whether or not Umemoto did the soundtrack on the rerelease (I personally doubt it, due to some arrangement choices that doesn't fit his style)
Seeing your videos, I notice that only one rss channel is used and, has far as i know, the ym2608 support 6 channels of this type, or maybe I'm wrong and is just one channel rss with 6 preprogrammed drum samples?
yea it has 6 channels, I just put all of them into one oscilloscope on this particular track only uses the kick, everythign else is done on the FM or ADPCM

Ryu Umemoto confirmed that OPNA version of the game's soundtrack was made without him.
@@MrBode45 You can kinda tell hehe. Still sounds pretty dope!
