@@xFlared almost right... But almost is still wrong. What you see is joy. Happiness is something you find that comes from outside yourself. As such it is temporary at best. Joy in the other hand comes from within and is rendered from the choices we make. The irony is that to feel joy, we only need to choose to feel it.

Everything is equalized and we all share this experience together regardless of what we like or don't like about our lives. In fact happiness is understanding that suffering is good, because it is because of pain, suffering and negativity that we can find the reference to what is good. Ying yang. One cannot exist without the other. Therefore happiness is understanding that life as is is already at its absolute ideal perfection no matter what happens. This is why happiness isn't something that is reached or attained. We are already happy, the issue is that we don't realize this because we are asleep by attaching ourselves too much to materialism and social recognition. We are focusing too much on the external and in doing so separate us from all other things in our reality, creating distortion and facade pretending we are all different when in reality we are completely identical. In Hinduism this is referred to as Brahman, or one consciousness living through us all.

it's an instrument made out of metal ;)
There's also lot of movements and note patterns here that aren't too rhythmically different from what's common in metal! It's really all kinds of amazing. I need to go look if there's any metal songs that use this instrument now lol

A little known fact is that you can do this in some forests, and it will attract monks. I had one come right up and meditate near me. It helps if you leave out some tea and a bowl of rice. They become more docile if you nourish them.

I dont think I've ever seen someone get so much melody and harmony with a handpan before. Doesnt sound like just singlular notes played slow and repetitively. Awesome job man!

I saw some musicians using that technique in other videos and it causes the note to quiver/waver (I’m not sure of the right word for that affect). A brilliant show of skill and genius as you mentioned.

I’ve played a lot of instruments and listened to a lot of music but the sound that comes off of this thing is the prettiest I’ve ever heard. it’s instantly relaxing and makes me calm and content every single time I listen to it. really incredible.
All the ideologies, religions and "smart" people endlessly debating in heated arguments what's the best path forward to happiness and joy. Sacrificing their health to make money and "success", then desperately use that money to recuperate their health back.
Then there is this guy, simply sitting in a state of flow with his instrument, he outsmarted them all.
Wisdom: What quality of life does all your beliefs, insights, and strategies actually create for yourself and those around you, sometimes that idea may be very simple.
