I just find it quite a quick question for one of the candidates (Miss Croatia) that was asked for if the swim suit segment is outdated. I thought it was just a passing question maybe the candidate too. Never knew it was the question itself to get to the top3. I think it should've been delivered more or they should've had a translator for the contestant what a shame.
The intro from the beginning is very dramatic and extraordinary 0:00 (to the valley of the sun...) so much Olympic theme but executes well in a pageant world... amazing! This year Miss World 1993 is the best among the rest! Great production, so much effort, extraordinaire quality and very classic, it is truly the Olympic of beauty at that time! This format is unbeatable until today plus the official theme 16:17 (let it be right in the world tonight) song which perfectly executes to the entire show. All the candidates here are lucky especially the finalist to have this amazing host of Sun City SA because they are part of this great host. I agree if Jamaica won in this edition at least she gives her best, but for me, 1st RU should be Miss Philippines followed by SA on 2nd RU 17:39
It is not a reahearsed answer, Ruffa Guttierez was born and grew up in the US and English is considered her first language, her eloquence in speaking is real. She is known for being witty since she came home to the Philippines living for good from the US in 1986.

I don't think PH was robbed. Jamaica's answer was sincere that's why she won. South africa and PH is the next best. Ruffa's answer is also a winnjng answer but maybe south africa and jamaica is leading to other factors.
Obvious na obvious ang luto niyan. Majority of the judges were black. Kahit mga fellow candidates nila see that Ruffa deserve the crown. Ok Lang Sana Kung outstanding yung Q AND A nung dalawang itim. Pero wala talaga. Beauty brain gown class. Ruffa talaga.
