The golem fight would be a lot cooler if, when you break one of those pink crystals, it would cause it to lose the ability to hold onto that body part. It would create a lot more interesting interactions and I would really like to see that happen.
You could experiment with enabling armor detection. This would improve realism and give the enemies more chances to fight back, considering your skill level.
This isn't your typical gameplay, and the game can certainly be a lil wonky at times, but it is incredibly fun (subjective) and I've had a LOT of hours in it and that's, frankly, mostly without mods. The game has lots of room for growth and stuff, sure, but I would still highly recommend it. Oh and btw, with you hold two fire staffs (once you unlock the perk for turning your staff into a flame thrower) you can basically fly around like it's a jet pack. Also, climbing in this game is oddly satisfying.
