Mam I have another way for finding cube root of larger number Let me explain with examples Let us find answer for (196122941) ^(1/3) Step 1) Grouping: from our right-hand side group by three three digits as we have to find cube the result will be 196 , 122 , 941 Step 2) Subtraction: Subtract 122941 from 196122941 so that the result will be 196000000 Step 3) cube root: (196000000) ^ (1/3) Step 4) Ignore zeros: (196)^(1/3) = 196 lies between (5^30) & (6^3) as 196 is not an actual cube the answer for it's cube root will be a decimal number So to know exact digit after the point we should do this =(196-5^3) and (6^3-196) and result will be 71 and 20 respectively as 20 that obtained is lowest number we can assume 196 very closer to cube of 6 than cube of 5 . So we can assume (196)^(1/3) will be 5.8 Step 5) Count zeros : there are 6 zeros . Take cube of 100 = 1000000 as ten lakh is cube of 100 multyply 100 with 5.8 which is equal to 580 . Now listen to question the last digit of number of which we have to find cube root is 1 and we know 1 is cube root of 1 only So Final answer =581 Even though the process seems to be a complex one but it is very simple than long division We should by heart cubes and squares of all numbers

Hello ma I solved this math question by finding the cube root of 196122941 using your method and I got 3M at one point before finally getting my answer. In this video you said 2M has two possible answers and 5M has four possible answers. Can we then categorically say that 3M has only one possible answer because I got only one possible answer from 3M. By this method we get answers( cuberoot) of 200201625. These are 525,565, 585. The digital sum of these three answers is 9. It matches with the digital sum of question.

There are actually two candidates, 105 and 165. You should choose 105 because the first group of 3 digits (1 in your number) is much closer to 1^3 (in this example it's exactly 1^3), than it's to 2^3. Hope it helps!

These are tricks which may work but may not work To get method which gives us one digit per iteration we need to use positional number system and binomial expansion We can also rearrange our binomial expansion

Could you please work this one out as it appears to be wrong using your method. I get the first and last parts but not the middle. Here is the 8 digit number I used 25 255 792 My first digit is 2 and my last digit is 8 It did not matter what single digit I used for the middle part it did not give me the correct answer. Let me explain with examples
Let us find answer for (196122941) ^(1/3)
