Bruce owns a German WW1 Triplane and I saw him demonstrate German air manoeuvres in a squad of German planes against a squad of English Biplanes once. Super cool.
Yeah, I’ve seen Bruce talk for a full hour in one of my company’s customer events a few years ago. I think he mentioned flying a 747, so he’s not like your everyday small aircraft pilot either. And his other stuff with funding innovative startup companies is pretty cool too.

Ladies, do you remember reading "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge in English Lit class? Well, Iron Maiden does a metal version of it that you need to see.
Iron Maiden: the band that taught more history and English lit to people of my age (I was in high school in the 80s) than any of our teachers ever did!
Another great reaction video! I've seen Iron Maiden 11 times now. (Starting in 1984) Saw them last summer and took my (then) 11 year old grand-daughter. She loved this song. Most of their long epics are musicly metal symphonies to me which I believe are at the highest artistic level (among some genius classical composers' work) in music history. How ironic, I was in the mood to listen to some Fear of the Dark and was going to pull up this video, when you ladies posted this around the same time. Keep on rockin' Grannies!! 🤘
Best live band ever. Saw them for the first time over 35 years ago. The last two times I have seen them I went with my teenage son. Every member of this band is over 60 years old, the drummer is almost 70, and they still are the best.
lol you ladies remind me of the days my grandmother was alive and she would let me and my brothers band set up in her garage and practice lol our parents or any of our band members parents would not let us do that, But granny did lol she would hang out with us and listen to the tunes some she liked like Iron maiden was one she liked the more melodic stuff we learned but others not so much like the death metal bands we were learning i dont think she enjoyed but she never complained about it and never said a bad word about it just encouraged us and provided some killer after school snacks and such lol, I so miss her as dose everyone that she touched dose, but i saw you ladies post and it so reminded me of those days and her listen to us trying to learn these very same tunes, thanks ladies for bringing back those memories
Yeah Maiden... My Mom she's around 70 and My Dad 77. When a left home in my early twenties... Never told me anything bad about the Type of Music I listened... Scorpions, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Helloween, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax... all Death Metal of the 90's. Till this's Day they told me the house it's not the same, it's empty!!!
i'm totally floored by you ladies,to be up in your years and to be open minded to listen to iron miaden ,and liking them, you ladies have my utmost respect.welcome to the maiden family and as they say in the maiden camp"up the irons"
Please do THE HU next, the song "Yuve Yuve Yu" is excellent and also the song "Wolf Totem". Other bands I'd recommend are: Rammstein (around since mid-1990's), MOTORHEAD (around since mid 1970's), and Combichrist (around since early 2000's) ...
Full support there!!! Hu are great, wolf totem is a pearl! Rammstein anything! From mein hertz brennt piano version to deutschland to Sonne... Motorhead... anything again but maybe ace of spades or heroes cover!!! Please beloved grannies listen to this man! Hes wise!
To say a Maiden crowd is "into it" is the understatement of the century hehe. That's around a quarter million people singing and jumping up and down! UP THE IRONS!
Thank you "Rocking Grannies" your open minded acceptance of my generation of music is awesome! It's all because of your pioneering generation that this music exists today, heavy metal, and rock are forever grateful, as am I, rock on...
This is what I grew up listening, even though this song is not from my teenage years, and it is absolutely fantastic to see you react to it! First time watching you two lovely grannies!! Much love from Sweden and just keep doing what you're doing!!
You have no idea how happy this make me. See two grannies discovering new music is something I'm happy to see on youtube. I hope when this COVID crap is over, you two can go to an Iron Maiden concert. You are gonna be surprised the generations of people you are gonna see there. Stay safe and UP THE IRONS!!!
If you want to react to more Iron Maiden, may I suggest one of the following songs? The Number of the Beast Hallowed Be Thy Name 2 Minutes to Midnight The Trooper Seventh Son of a Seventh Son Brave New World Paschendale They have a ton of other great songs too, so you really can't go wrong (unless maybe you went with something from the Blaze Bayley days).
I was blessed to see them perform live once. This song is beyond words when you experience it Live. The energy, washing thru you. And when it picks up and changes tempo, the lead singer is constantly on the move. he must have sprinted 20 miles during that concert. He had so much energy, I do not know how many pots of coffee he drank before performing. A 3 hours show, felt like 40 minutes. It was amazing. Words do not do them justice. Formed in 1975, and still performing. They are a MUST experience band.
The ultimate show of respect to any band is being serenated by the crowd and having them sing every note along with you. Decades of just pure music genius by this band and millions of faithful fans world wide.
It's ok, we're not worried about how long it took you to appreciate this form of music, we're just happy you're here, now. There are many times I wasn't ready for something musically in life as well, and as far as your appreciation of things such as Mo-town, or the Beatles, there are a lot of us the enjoy other styles as well. Given the nature of the requests I see, I'm certain most of your subscriber fan base are mature individuals with a multitude of sonic interests. Just keep rockin', we'll keep watchin'.
The Maiden crowds in South America are incredible. They love their hard rock and metal down their and the audience participation is awesome. Seen/heard the same on videos from the Rush in Rio concert, when a crowd chants along to an instrumental.
I love that you ladies are doing this. My mom took me to Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Metallica and Dio concerts when I wasn't old enough to get to LA to see them on my own. She really didn't care for the music too much, but loved me enough to put up with it because I loved it. It also showed her that these bands weren't evil or demonic like Tipper Gore wanted everyone to believe back in the 80's. Thank you.
Listening to you guys speak with such an open mind about this music, and even saying how you wish you had listened to stuff like it earlier is really awesome, Metal for life!
You ladies are awesome. 2001 Rock in Rio. I was at this show. Only time I've seen them out of the US. I haven't missed a single US tour since they started touring here. New sub here. Keep Rockin' ladies and UP THE IRONS!!!
The mighty Iron Maiden brought me here, but you two had me riveted. You’re funny, open-minded to new things, and you’re NICE. The world needs as much of that as can be produced. Liked and most definitely Subscribed! As a bonus comment, note how Bruce Dickinson runs around the stage from top to bottom singing his ass off and never, ever being short of breath. Every word comes out clearly and with the utmost control. He often sings while running and never misses a beat. I love the guy. And singing in the worlds greatest heavy-metal band is just the tip of the iceberg of the things he’s accomplished in life. For my money, the most interesting individual in all of heavy metal.
Iron Maiden was the first metal band I really got into 32 years ago and have been a big fan ever since. I've seen them a few times live as well and they don't disappoint. And if it's any consolation, over the years my musical tastes have broadened and I grew to like and admire other musicians you've mentioned. Keep Rocking Two Grannies!

There were about 100K at that show, I believe. They are all in their 60s now and their energy has not waned. I miss this. I had tickets to see them in New Zealand this year, but the CoViD had other plans. I've seen them over 50 times now... doesn't get old.
I saw Iron Maiden in 1983 when I was 18 and one other time a few years later I believe in 85. I am still a big fan today at age 55. Best stage show I have ever seen.

How ironic, I was in the mood to listen to some Fear of the Dark and was going to pull up this video, when you ladies posted this around the same time. Keep on rockin' Grannies!! 🤘
Please react to Dio-Don't Talk to Strangers(Live).

RJD🤘RIP
My metal god
Best live band ever. Saw them for the first time over 35 years ago. The last two times I have seen them I went with my teenage son. Every member of this band is over 60 years old, the drummer is almost 70, and they still are the best.
Ladies you could do Iron Maiden solid for a year no problem ,love these 2....♥️
lol you ladies remind me of the days my grandmother was alive and she would let me and my brothers band set up in her garage and practice lol our parents or any of our band members parents would not let us do that, But granny did lol she would hang out with us and listen to the tunes some she liked like Iron maiden was one she liked the more melodic stuff we learned but others not so much like the death metal bands we were learning i dont think she enjoyed but she never complained about it and never said a bad word about it just encouraged us and provided some killer after school snacks and such lol, I so miss her as dose everyone that she touched dose, but i saw you ladies post and it so reminded me of those days and her listen to us trying to learn these very same tunes, thanks ladies for bringing back those memories
Scorpions forever!
i'm totally floored by you ladies,to be up in your years and to be open minded to listen to iron miaden ,and liking them, you ladies have my utmost respect.welcome to the maiden family and as they say in the maiden camp"up the irons"

"Duality" by Slipknot
I'm sure you guys will love this one.
Oh yes
Scissors
Yes...
We are All grateful you chose the LIVE version! Good Work
Two Rocking Grannies !!
Yes please, I second that - The Hu is awesome and perfect for a reaction video. I'd vote for Wolf Totem, but that's just personal taste.
Full support there!!! Hu are great, wolf totem is a pearl!
Rammstein anything! From mein hertz brennt piano version to deutschland to Sonne...
Motorhead... anything again but maybe ace of spades or heroes cover!!! Please beloved grannies listen to this man! Hes wise!
I'm in for ANYGHING Rammstein!!
And The Hu are super amazing too, but I'm super hyped for Rammstein
To say a Maiden crowd is "into it" is the understatement of the century hehe. That's around a quarter million people singing and jumping up and down! UP THE IRONS!
I love you ladies thanks for respecting this music... and I suggest you listen to anything by The legend that is Ronnie James Dio
Thank you "Rocking Grannies" your open minded acceptance of my generation of music is awesome! It's all because of your pioneering generation that this music exists today, heavy metal, and rock are forever grateful, as am I, rock on...
I'd love to see you both react to a bit of pirate metal. You need to check out Alestorm, "drink".
Its an absolute romp, and lots of fun 🤘
Literally just anything by Alestorm...
Eyy, Alestorm are from my hometown
Yes! I need more Alestorm reactions in general, those guys are hilarious 🤘
I damn near pissed myself listening to Fannybaws
When I was in the Army stationed in Germany in the 1980s, I became an Iron Maiden fan. Now I am 60 still a metal head, still a fan.
"The Trooper" by Iron Maiden, also a great song
This is what I grew up listening, even though this song is not from my teenage years, and it is absolutely fantastic to see you react to it! First time watching you two lovely grannies!! Much love from Sweden and just keep doing what you're doing!!
Please react to Dio, for example: "The Last In Line" or "Holy Diver".
Don't talk to strangers -dio great song
Rainbow in the Dark also gets a nod from me...
Die Young, Heaven & Hell from his Sabbath days
Kill the King, Stargazer from his years in Rainbow
Rainbow in the Dark for the best first song! No doubt!
@@andyb1653 Stargazer is such a masterpiece man.
The Number of the Beast
Hallowed Be Thy Name
2 Minutes to Midnight
The Trooper
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
Brave New World
Paschendale
They have a ton of other great songs too, so you really can't go wrong (unless maybe you went with something from the Blaze Bayley days).
You should go to a Maiden-concert.. you'll love it.. I have been to 8 so far, and they've never disappointed me.
Never! They are so amazing!
The ultimate show of respect to any band is being serenated by the crowd and having them sing every note along with you. Decades of just pure music genius by this band and millions of faithful fans world wide.
Dream Theater!! Something a little different!
Why not nightwish, avantasia camelot... something superior as Blind Guardian or something aged and spicy as Manilla road? ;)
You have quickly become my two favorite ladies on RUclips! Keep the vids coming.
The Trooper.
Please react to the trooper by iron maiden
I'm happy to see you enjoyed this. I was a child in the '70's and '80's, love the Elvis, Hendrix, Doo-wop.
Ooooooh, I know, I think it's time to react to Judas Priest - Painkiller (official video, not live)
The Maiden crowds in South America are incredible. They love their hard rock and metal down their and the audience participation is awesome. Seen/heard the same on videos from the Rush in Rio concert, when a crowd chants along to an instrumental.
Can you React to "The Warning" 21st Century Blood would be a good start.
The Warning are 3 young sisters from Mexico that write all their own stuff.
Thank you.
Hey love your reactions, can you reakt to Rammstein Du Hast Live from Madison Square Garden? Greatings from Germany
Listening to you guys speak with such an open mind about this music, and even saying how you wish you had listened to stuff like it earlier is really awesome, Metal for life!
black sabbath - hole in the sky
@Miss Anthrope yeah it would be awesome, even because hole in the sky is such an underrated song...
You ladies are awesome. 2001 Rock in Rio. I was at this show. Only time I've seen them out of the US. I haven't missed a single US tour since they started touring here. New sub here. Keep Rockin' ladies and UP THE IRONS!!!
Amon Amarth!!! Been requesting for like a month. C'mon ladies. "The way of the Vikings" or "Twilight of the Thunder God"
Or “Raise Your Horns” live maybe?
"Runes to my memory" my brothers raise your horns with me!
These guys are all over 60 and still killing it everytime with more energy than people half their age! Top reaction ladies 🤘🤘
I just enrolled to the grannie squad, your faces reminded me when I was 13 years old and I was seeing this DVD for the very first time. Your reactions are Genuine
I just love this channel. Thanks for all the videos you two are amazing! lots of love to you!
Gen X-er here (43!! who loves both his metal and his Mom (75) and really glad to see my kind of music being enjoyed by the previous generation we came from!! Up the irons!!
You ladies brighten up every day for me. Thank you.
I'm 61 , my mother 87 , she loves Maiden and Metal music .
First time I heard Maiden,I was 12 years old.I am a Metalhead because of them!
Now,30 years later,I can say that they are a part of my life,a part of ME!
So thank you MAIDEN,and thanks to you 2 sweet girls too! STAY HEAVY \m/
This is one of my favorite Iron Maiden songs. The others are The Clansman , and Hollowed be thy name , Flight of Icarus. When my son was 5 took him to Ozzfest just to see Iron Maiden. He ( we ) loved it , they are amazing!
I seen them last year in Cincinnati during the Legacy of the Beast tour...to date it was the most amazing concert I have ever seen. I cannot believe bruce dickenson is 61 years old and still hits every note the same....it was phenomenal show every single song they played.
We appreciate you doing these videos! Hugs and kisses to the both of you!
I just adore you two wonderful ladies. I love your openness and your heartfelt reactions to so many different groups and musical styles. I just want to hug you both. Keep the reactions coming!
Might I suggest some King Diamond or Opeth? Thank you!
