@@JaylynAtkinson-uz5np no colostrum was supposed to be gold. That’s why they call it liquid gold even breastmilk, the more yellow it is the more rich and nutrients it is.

I was told to not pump because the colostrum is sticky so it’s harder to remove . But she did it just fine maybe I will pump

@FluffyPancake17 my nurse advised against pumping before 37 weeks because it can cause preterm labor.
Once frozen it can’t be refroze that’s why people use syringes to reduce the waste
That makes sense! I take it out frozen and use a hot metal spoon and scoop what I need and put the rest of the frozen stuff back! 😅
