    Porque no conecta la terminal del trafo sobre el transistor para que este se una mejor a la placa de aluminio, lo veo mal y mal técnicamente, un transistor de potencia no debe quedar separado de su disipador de calor.

    Brod, did you rewind the microwave transformer? And how? How many windings is the primary and the secondary respectively? This can be dangerous to many if you dont explain the high voltage portion of your project.

      Dont use the high voltage windings. You need to rewind the transformer. Use only the 120volt windings and calculate how many turns you need to produce a center tapped 12volts.
