Cabangahan Snorkelling, are there any corals?

Three short snorkelling excursions at Cabangahan, Negros Oriental, first day we got dropped off next to the high school and walked out over the rocks until deep enough to swim, as can be seen visibility wasn't the greatest due to recent weather conditions but we did manage to find some coral and fish, the next two trips we took the pump boat out to the reef, it was actually way better than the footage makes it look, next time I'm in Cabangahan I'll lbe spending a lot of time snorkelling.
