Some beautiful sounds here & this is high on my wanted list. Pity that N E seems pretty expensive. I don't know how familiar you or anyone here is with classical music, but every time I hear those tinkly descending arpeggios & other atmospheric sound washes on the video I can't help humming part of Jupiter in Holsts The planets, which goes quite well!
I have the Desmodus, and finally got around to swapping the firmware for that of the Melotus. Great fun- but the next thing I wanted to do was run it through the Batverb… Looks like I’m going to need both.
Very instructive and entertaining vid. Dont understand why you dont have more viewers and subs. I like the Versios very much BTW, only experienced Demodus and Electus, but definitely gonna give this one a try.
At 7:20 you can hear the effect 'fading in and out' at a LFO like speed of 2 seconds. This is when its set to 'single grain'. This 2 second-like speed can't be set right? I still need to figure out what delay actually does. It also seems to have a different function when the bottom switch is set from clock to hold.
This module is so esoteric… I’ll admit that even after doing this full video, I still don’t totally understand exactly what is happening with all of the parameters. But you turn knobs and cool things happen. That’s what counts
I was trying this firmware on my Electus yesterday. It's super cool but sometimes I wished to be able to turn on/off the sub/shimmer feature on the tone.
Can I ask how you brought in the first vocal sample? Is that from another module you load up with samples or from a PC? You may have just sold me on this module
I am playing that from the 4MS Stereo Triggered sampler. It's an ok sampler. I'm actually selling mine right now so I wouldn't say it's the best. But that is how I was sending the sample for this demo.
Awesome. Every time I hear someone say “Doombient” I smile.
Heck yes! Doombient ftw!!!!

Thanks for that explanation. Sounds pretty awesome.
Glad you found it useful. Awesome module!

Thanks! The channel is decently new and I haven’t been updating it lately. More to come soon though!

12 o clock is off for the shimmer and sun feature. Hopefully that helps!
@@the_rabbit i know, but it could be cool to have aöso the filterimg without shimmer
