Action Bronson Eats The Best Colombian Food in NYC

- Action Bronson shows us how he spends his Saturdays during the warmer months in New York, and it involves a lot of eating and dancing. If you're walking through Flushing Meadows Park on any Saturday during the summer, you will find some of the best Colombian food around. For over 20 years, the Colombian community in Queens gathers in the park to dance, play soccer, and, of course, eat and drink.
Action and Meyhem Lauren are taken on the ultimate tour of this mini-festival Colombian festival by their food guide Juan David Dominguez. They eat everything from arepas con queso and maduros to shrimp ceviche and salpicón (a sweet fruit punch). After a day in Flushing Meadows Park, Action is empowered and Meyhem feels like he read 6 books.

Queens NY has the best food and we definitely don't get the credit we deserve. We are not talking about your fancy and trendy restaurants, but real authentic food from all across the world, and definitely the best street foods. I love Queens!!

5:30 - This has been happening since the mid seventies. Clearly over 40 yrs. I remember as a grade school kid, we would go to Flushing Meadows Park and watch my dad and his friends play soccer. Beer and food would be sold eaten in the open without any issues. It has always been the Latin community from many countries that liven up the park and party all night. I miss those amazing days. Will return one of these days.

damn, that really had me homesick I used to live about 5 minutes from that park always go there to play baseball or soccer or whatever there were tons of pickup games too and food, it was nice, flushing meadows/corona park is fantastic in the summer
All this reminds me of my family on my dads side, arepas, tamal, empanadas, arroz con pollo , sobrebariga, etc... i wish it was like this on the westcoast im from So cali los angeles , we have a one time event every year its amazing to see all my colombian people its not like in the eastcoast a whole community , American grown but proudly made by mexican mother and colombian dad much love to my eastcoast parceros 🤙
