I have only found one flavor of Ramen I wasn’t fond of. The very spicy. I could see spending a small fortune at this store just to try it all! In America we only have 4 or 5 flavors. What a totally awesome idea for a store I imagine they are very busy from open to close. My kids did not like ramen (they said it was to bland) but once I told them to add the spices after cooking now they can’t get enough.
We here in the Netherlands call it noodlesoup and we can buy it from Asian stores we name Toko, lik the Indonesian word for (food)store or something similar and in those stores they sell loads of flavours. I've been eating these for at least 30 years now. Only I never discard the water, I can understand with those cardboard bowls it can soak through, but in a waterproof bowl you can leave the water, it has all the flavours in it.
There are also Dutch brands that sell this, like Unox, but it is not the same as the original Asian types, I never buy the Dutch brands.
I love noodlesoup/ramen, some years ago I used to eat it 4 times a week as breakfast and sometimes even as lunch, was addicted to it. Now not so much anymore, but stil love it sometimes.
At several local stores we have a huge selection of ramen. I am in DC metro, and I would guess at least 20 plus different brands.
