Amen and thank you Preacher for the good word this morning, Jesus has been steering me to a more active faith with repentance and holiness over the past few years and is using you as another step in the right direction. As I’ve mentioned before I confess that the teeter totter got way to far on one side and now God has been bringing me back to a balance in my walk with Him. I have at least faith as a mustard seed so I CAN move mountains! Amen You mentioned not praying to the Father but Jesus literally showed us how to pray ‘Our FATHER who art in heaven’. You also mentioned that Jesus ‘abolished the law’ when Jesus said ‘I came not to abolish the law but to fulfill it’ and he said ‘he who fails at the least of these will be called least in the Kingdom, but he who does and teaches them shall be called great’ -Matthew 5:19. I interpret that as meaning Jesus has fulfilled the entire Law of God completely for us on our behalf including the ceremonial and moral aspects of it, and the ceremonial part has been abrogated while the moral law (10 commandments) is still there for us to be ‘doers’ of and teachers of (the sabbath is the one that has been updated for us gentile believers as not having to observe once a week but it is literally an ongoing rest found in Jesus). We as gentile believers can use God’s moral Law to our advantage as a mirror, curb,and guide for us. Paul said God writes the moral Law of God on our hearts after conversion. I won’t get into the Trinity and Modalism views that we believe differently on it’s just beating a dead horse at this point. I like how you mentioned about faith and how to strengthen it by reading the words of Jesus as it says in Romans 10:17 God bless you Preacher!
