    Loved it! I love the tip at the end to try elevated; that sounds brutal, I’m totally trying it next time!

    Dear Linda, this workout together with the outer thighs of this series is my leg routine every week. They are super effective, my legs never get accustomed to these movements! I feel the burn every time I do them!

      Amazing! And the great thing is you can always change things slightly by either elevating your hips or adding different equipment!

      This series actually has a lot of tough workouts in it that you can make even harder with extra equipment! 🔥

    I LOVED this!!!! This is such a Burner. Do it 2 times and pair it with the outer thighs and you got a complete workout.

    100 min of cardio bike/ jogging then used it as a finisher
