yes a brand new clash of ninja games from gamecube and Wii. the last clash of ninja game we had was on wii called nintendo clash of ninja revoltion 3. it would be great if they make a big clash of ninja game for switch and call it naruto x boruto clash of ninja ulitmate and have all the charcthers from all the naruto clash of ninja games even gnt 3 and 4. and do a big story mode with lots of arks like how naruto clash of ninja 1 and 2. have it go all the way to to boruto part 1.

You know I wasn't even expecting a good game I just wanted to feel that experience of playing the story again even if it was recycled but this is worse than I imagined: main story 6 fights I can't play with friends that option doesn't come yet and the story is just fights 1 min and that's it.
yeah the story mode was not what i was expecting. i thought it was gonna be a super long story mode from 1st naruto to all the way to the end of shippuden. they skiped a lot in story mode in 1st naruto and shippuden.

I’m disappointed on how this game turned out to be. Pros: New Characters The Original Story was ok, but the lack of Bosses and QTE was disappointing. They brought back customization like in Revolution. You can change the color of each character and more costumes. Cons: English voices sounded like that they were made with AI. Japanese voices at least stayed the same. They removed tilt attacks and chakra shuriken to be replaced with second jutsu. For History Mode, they didn’t even do all of the Boss Battles from previous games. They even did not animate cutscenes, just showing slideshow of the anime.
And not a single boss battle shown here in the video from the start of the game is in the game. Out of a bunch of battles, only a couple of the weakest ones in terms of gameplay were moved. Bravo.

All I know is that the Boruto special story fkn made me cry several times at the end. It was so lackluster up to the finale but damn, the cutscenes looked beautiful and the story with nanashi ripped my heart out.

To be honest, I'm a little upset. I've been waiting for the game for a long time, like many others. As a result, we got 10+ new characters (Not bad in principle), “New” techniques, which, in fact, were reworked tilts, or even the same ones, and only some were really new. Although I would not call this a minus, since it brought new dynamics to the game, which in my opinion is not bad, but even here the developers managed to do it poorly, because you cannot change these same techniques, I understand that Sakura, Hinata and some characters have 1/2 technique and tilt suits them well as a second technique, but Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi in the same 4th part of the series are a dime a dozen, and in the end, because of this, the characters simply lost their tilts, techniques, and some of them were quite useful. There aren’t really any new joint techniques either, everything new was shown in the trailers, but the old characters were neglected, we can only wait to see what will be in the DLC packs. If we talk about the costumes, then everything is pretty good here, there are a lot of them, they are interesting, but in my opinion what is missing is Iruka with the Konoho headband, Kabuto with the village of sound headband, and Sakura with long hair from part 1, although all these models the developers have them, I don’t know what stopped them from adding them. If we talk about the plot, namely the story of Naruto, everything is ambiguous, but the story seems clear. All the necessary plot points without details are shown one way or another, maybe crumpled but they are there, although maybe it seemed so to me, since I watched the anime. If we talk about the plot, from the point of view of gameplay, then everything here is boring and faded, if you were too lazy to rework the plot completely, then you would simply collect all the battles from the previous parts and combine them, there’s not that much work compared to adequate complete refurbishment. Unfortunately or fortunately, I haven’t played the plot of the fanfic yet, I can’t say yet, but I have high hopes for it. In conclusion, I would like to say that this is not at all what players, anime fans and just ordinary workers were expecting, both in a good and bad sense, but more in a bad sense, especially judging by the reviews on Steam, and the most offensive thing is this situation, that the developers will not change anything, because either they are lazy or unprofitable, we will not get a remade Naruto story (repeating, although a compilation, already from existing battles and videos/slideshows, etc.), we are unlikely to get the ability to change techniques simply because the product is already “ready”. i feel like we could have a 3 man squad battle like my hero ultra rumble… think about it naruto is meant to have 3 man squad they are ninjas and can literally walk on water, trees buildings ninja tools like shuriken/kunai for basic attack, then a set number of jutsus to use so much characters in naruto so i see so much potential but idk
These games type games were fun even the 2d version on ps2 but it just became to simple they gotta step it up either make a real fighting game with skill and array of move like tekken or just make an open world where I create my own ninja and go through the shinobi world with my friends sparing taking on mission growing stronger and choosing my own path.
If you want free roam Story 1 If you want amazing story storm 2 If you want something of both storm3 The best gameplay storm 4 Connections a lot of improvements gameplay just a lot of spamming going on on and the story was not good this time and lack of game modes it has the potential to be good The roster is big just not much to do would recommend Storm 4 or 3 which probably will be on sale only get connections if you need to play with newer characters
When your in practice trying to figure out which version of character u like better u can't put multiple on team to test out. Please change this for practice. There's like 10 versions of sasuke lol so you have to go back to character select for each one

It would be cool if Naruto Storm Connections had some customization like they did with Naruto Storm 4 meaning like changing what ninjutsus go on what if they had multiple instead of what they r glued with it would be nice to see that happen like some freedom to do whatever like with the previous entry
Ah also sometimes on certain characters the game will just not do the auto combo. Like on kirin sasuke. He does just regular neutral combo half the time for some reason
Imagine how lazy they were that they even forgot to show Team Gai during this intro. All the scenes shown here are not in the game at all, it would be so nice to see these scenes (like Hakus death, Asuma vs Hidan as a boss fight or Kabuto vs Naruto) but instead of that they used Screenshots again. Whoever is saying that this game is worth for 60% is just a freak. If you just want to enjoy Naruto Journey than go buy Storm Trilogy or legacy, it is cheaper and you can explore Konoha and other villages and play every great Boss fight this series had in connections they removed every other boss fights expect Naruto & Sasukes boss fights and you are just watching Screenshots from the anime nothing more.
If you haven't read the Naruto manga then I highly recommend to do so. The artwork is great, Kishimoto is a master. Where 2 read? MangaLife. There's even a fully colored version (all 700 chapters) there and it's beautiful. 👍🏻🙂

I'm the person who just wants the game to die out at this point. It's run it's course and it's getting repetitive. If they wanna do Naruto good, how about releasing the games that were never released here in America before and putting them in English. I was hoping to have the storyboard for Storm 4 with good long episodes of episodes 1 to 4 😢 I was really disappointed that it was almost like Demon Slayer, I think they could have put more effort into it, especially when there are violent episodes because there is a picture anime to see and you have to read everything yourself 80 euros pre-order wasn't quite fair in my opinion, but what's good is the graphics and the gameplay but the real Naruto story, which I'm 75% through, is a real disappointment 😢

My main complaints are for some reason u made the music and voice acting sound worse?, made the character select process more tedious and alternate costume select more tedious and no endless matches in ranked.... other than those small quality of life things I like it a lot. Maybe add an option for people that liked old support system better. Getting the wrong support jutsu everytime your on the move is annoying. Oh actually one more thing, I miss the old main menu and ranked menu music lol

I just heard about this and damn i'm disappointed. Tilt is removed. Chakra shuriken is removed and exchanged with second jutsu Also you cant change your characters jutsus. Chakra just refills passivly for no reason. Only 10 new characters. And just a reminder Naruto Storm 4 was 7 years ago.
I’m just annoyed that when I saw this opening when I started the game it made it seem like all those boss fights were going to be in the history mode. Then NOPE :( I’m so disappointed by that. Otherwise I love the game tho as long as they add more boruto characters (like code, shinki, and all the leaf kids) as DLC

It was friend, it was. The movement and attacks were way faster along with the faster air dashes, all allowing for a higher skill gap.

If we talk about the plot, from the point of view of gameplay, then everything here is boring and faded, if you were too lazy to rework the plot completely, then you would simply collect all the battles from the previous parts and combine them, there’s not that much work compared to adequate complete refurbishment. Unfortunately or fortunately, I haven’t played the plot of the fanfic yet, I can’t say yet, but I have high hopes for it. In conclusion, I would like to say that this is not at all what players, anime fans and just ordinary workers were expecting, both in a good and bad sense, but more in a bad sense, especially judging by the reviews on Steam, and the most offensive thing is this situation, that the developers will not change anything, because either they are lazy or unprofitable, we will not get a remade Naruto story (repeating, although a compilation, already from existing battles and videos/slideshows, etc.), we are unlikely to get the ability to change techniques simply because the product is already “ready”. It's really a shame.

they are ninjas and can literally walk on water, trees buildings
ninja tools like shuriken/kunai for basic attack, then a set number of jutsus to use
so much characters in naruto so i see so much potential but idk
These games type games were fun even the 2d version on ps2 but it just became to simple they gotta step it up either make a real fighting game with skill and array of move like tekken or just make an open world where I create my own ninja and go through the shinobi world with my friends sparing taking on mission growing stronger and choosing my own path.
I'm gonna wait till this goes on sale... BELIEVE IT!

Connections a lot of improvements gameplay just a lot of spamming going on on and the story was not good this time and lack of game modes it has the potential to be good
The roster is big just not much to do would recommend Storm 4 or 3 which probably will be on sale only get connections if you need to play with newer characters

When your in practice trying to figure out which version of character u like better u can't put multiple on team to test out. Please change this for practice. There's like 10 versions of sasuke lol so you have to go back to character select for each one

And new characters from Classic Naruto that have never appeared before such as:

Konohamaru child and his team Being playable
Team of Oboro From the forest of death And finally Dosu kinuta's 3 sound ninjas and their team Being playable
And also transformations that were missing from this game As:
the Gaara child transformed into the armored version of Shukaku
Naruto Child and Adult with red eyes possed by the fox but without transforming
Child and Adult Sasuke with the mark 1 level activated on his body and Sharingan activated
Butterfly Child Choji and Finally The Drunk Rock Lee
All these characters,Alternative Clothes/Skins and transformations should have been there since the beginning of the franchise and in the games Storm 2,3 and of course the 4
Very sad it doesn't have all the fights from the Anime and the old games Storm 1,2 and 3 especially against bosses,they cut a lot of things and I even hoped Even new fights With characters from classic Naruto that weren't in the Shippuden and Classic arcs it's a shame it didn't happen In this game..
the story mode from this game is a disappointment but I hope that in the future all these things and bosses,Transformations & characters will be added in the future In dlcs... 🥺😭🤧 🙏 like and Bye!

It would be cool if Naruto Storm Connections had some customization like they did with Naruto Storm 4 meaning like changing what ninjutsus go on what if they had multiple instead of what they r glued with it would be nice to see that happen like some freedom to do whatever like with the previous entry
Ah also sometimes on certain characters the game will just not do the auto combo. Like on kirin sasuke. He does just regular neutral combo half the time for some reason

Imagine how lazy they were that they even forgot to show Team Gai during this intro. All the scenes shown here are not in the game at all, it would be so nice to see these scenes (like Hakus death, Asuma vs Hidan as a boss fight or Kabuto vs Naruto) but instead of that they used Screenshots again. Whoever is saying that this game is worth for 60% is just a freak. If you just want to enjoy Naruto Journey than go buy Storm Trilogy or legacy, it is cheaper and you can explore Konoha and other villages and play every great Boss fight this series had in connections they removed every other boss fights expect Naruto & Sasukes boss fights and you are just watching Screenshots from the anime nothing more.
If you haven't read the Naruto manga then I highly recommend to do so. The artwork is great, Kishimoto is a master. Where 2 read? MangaLife. There's even a fully colored version (all 700 chapters) there and it's beautiful. 👍🏻🙂

I'm the person who just wants the game to die out at this point. It's run it's course and it's getting repetitive. If they wanna do Naruto good, how about releasing the games that were never released here in America before and putting them in English. I was hoping to have the storyboard for Storm 4 with good long episodes of episodes 1 to 4 😢 I was really disappointed that it was almost like Demon Slayer, I think they could have put more effort into it, especially when there are violent episodes because there is a picture anime to see and you have to read everything yourself 80 euros pre-order wasn't quite fair in my opinion, but what's good is the graphics and the gameplay but the real Naruto story, which I'm 75% through, is a real disappointment 😢

My main complaints are for some reason u made the music and voice acting sound worse?, made the character select process more tedious and alternate costume select more tedious and no endless matches in ranked.... other than those small quality of life things I like it a lot. Maybe add an option for people that liked old support system better. Getting the wrong support jutsu everytime your on the move is annoying. Oh actually one more thing, I miss the old main menu and ranked menu music lol

I’m just annoyed that when I saw this opening when I started the game it made it seem like all those boss fights were going to be in the history mode. Then NOPE :( I’m so disappointed by that. Otherwise I love the game tho as long as they add more boruto characters (like code, shinki, and all the leaf kids) as DLC
