How to get the "You're a winner!" achievement in Planet Coaster (PC/XBOX)

This is the least achieved achievement in Planet Coaster, it is also a secret achievement!

Thanks... on PS4 console I had to name the ride "Bollards" rather than "BOLLARDS". Also what I did was reduce the number of carts from 12 to 6 AND set the minimum load to "any" and the wait time to its lowest setting. I ended up against only one other rider! :)
