Love the game! It's very well done! I only wish there were more options (Turn on/off Cup+Moon, Cup+Cherry) as well as options on when you can Koi-koi (only once, or over and over again as well as if points double for you if you koi koi, or only if your opponent koi koi's).
And the card animation. If when you played a card, the cards in your hand didn't jerk over to the left to fill in the gap. That really turned me off from this game.
The music and the interface are awesome!

Hmm, I'm not aware of any problems with 64 bit. I'll see if I can look into it and fix the problem.
