I was at the game tonight! Not only did we give Rhys Hoskins a standing ovation for his first at-bat, we greeted him with cheers for his next at-bats as well. The crowd was about half cheers and half boos after he hit the home run in the 7th inning. I also booed, but in a good-natured way.
If I was there I would have cheer for Rhys when he hit the home run. He is always going to be a Philly. I want him to do great. He give us everything. So go ahead and be great Rhys.

It FUCKING sucks that a good player like Rhys they are done with. He was here when the Phillies were rebuilding the team. And when they really look like this might be the year. He isn't going to get his world series ring. That's what is really wrong. If anyone deserves to be on the Phillies team when they win it all. It's Rhys Hoskins he played hard every game and every year. They say it's part of the game. But I know it has to hurt deep down inside Rhys isn't happy about not still being here.
