@travellerswill It's RNG based. The 5☆ are 1.5% drop chance.

Who is it released to right now? I thought it was already released to everybody I saw it in an ad.
@FalseCode it is soft launched in different countries for different platforms. It's out in Philippines, Canada, and Australia on both. It's out in several more for iOS, like the Scandinavian countries.
