I think the problem was a faulty lambda sensor. I tried to replace it but i used an aftermarket part at first. That aftermarket lambda sensor was cheaper but did not work. Finally i had to buy an OEM lambda sensor which was pretty expensive but it worked. I also replaced an idle control valve step motor (i dont know if this replacement hepled to resolve this issue somehow). After these steps the issue was resolved and the car has had no problems for another half year (then i sold it and current owner is also satisfied with that car, everything is ok).

If you don't mind, I have the same problem too, and when the engine starts at the third crank something squeaks until the engine warms up a little .It looks more like the idle control valve step motor (as the other guy says) as the sound comes behind the top of the engine. Did you fix the problem ?
