    Good question. If you take out one of the three you lose intensity, so to get the maximum work accomplished as safely as possible it should be all three.

    Should the selected functional movement satisfy one of the three aspects (large load, long distance, quickly) or all?

    Revwatch video and pay attention to when they talk about the TGU. It only satisfied 1, maybe 2, of the 3 aspects.

    if you cant OHS 230 , you probably cant snatch it - also with good techniqe , strengh is missing
    if you can OHS 230, you probably can snatch it with techniqe, cause u have enough strengh

      Of course. Large load (your total body weight), large distance (24-30" generally) and noticeably quickly.
