That"s pretty much just the carrying handle rear sight without the handle. You can make it the way I did if you want if you just cut it off before the handle starts.

How do you get perfect cuts? I use an utility knife but doesn't seem to do the trick. Also do you have to use cardboards that are clean with no prints?
I just use a utility knife as well. As for the cardboard, I use whatever cardboard I can find. I just try to make sure the print on the cardboard is not visible because it looks better that way.
I think you could try using a program called Levelator, it takes .wav files and spits out .wav files where the audio is balanced, but you can still tell when someone is whispering or yelling. I find it a little difficult to hear what you're saying in videos and need turn up my volume to hear what you're saying.
I made a holo sight and an G33 magnifier, the G33 works just like its real life counterpart but the structure was weak so I glued it, but I'm sure that M.A will make accessories which look better than mine.

My rear sight will most likely be a MK18 fixed rear sight, i just like how it looks.
