2nd Day Car Camping in Maithon | Car Camping in Group.
As it happens in Group Camping, we stay put in the same location. No breaking of camp. Arrangements kept as it was in Day first. But as we head for Holi on Monday, we have lot of plan to cook "Never-Done-Before" dishes.
We started with Prawn Bharta, its quint essential Spicy East Bengali Dish, with local ingredient, have lot of Mustard Oil and Dried and Green Chilies. As per Nobel Laureate Abhijit Banerjee, these dishes are low on cost, food of common man, with high impact taste.
Second was Mutton Dum Bengali Style Biriyani, Part of it was available in Kit and part brought half cooked from Home.
And not the least was a Boat Ride. Dont miss the Skit AKA Pirates of Caribbean.
