I have the commander for Manfred at level 15, the only one, but I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out what the picks should be for levels 13, 14, and 15. I've already spent a lot of gold testing LOL... Please help me out! Which ones do you think are best for Manfred regardless of playstyle. Thanks a ton bro!

@@ijsbeermeneer9952eh. Erich Loewenhardt and Zeppelin are cruisers with planes. The rest of the German CVs are kinda cruisers with planes.
