Founded in 2009, Carbon Engineering Ltd. (CE) is a Canadian-based clean energy company. CE is leading the commercialization of groundbreaking Direct Air Capture technology that captures carbon dioxide (CO2) directly from the atmosphere so it can be permanently stored deep underground, or used to produce clean, affordable transportation fuels. From a pilot plant in Squamish, B.C., CE has been removing CO2 from the atmosphere since 2015 and converting it into fuels since 2017.
Unlike capturing emissions from industrial flue stacks, our technology captures carbon dioxide (CO2) - the primary greenhouse gas responsible for climate change - directly out of the air around us. This can help counteract today’s CO2 emissions, and remove the large quantities of CO2 emitted in the past that remains trapped in our atmosphere.
From our pilot facility, we have fully demonstrated our Direct Air Capture technology and are now commercializing. Our team and partners are working to build industrial-scale Direct Air Capture facilities that will each capture one million tons of CO2 per year - which is equivalent to the work of 40 million trees.

Hi, CE it's really nice to see you doing same job as I am on it earlier stage and I also have difrent way to store and convert CO2 into fuel I am making my first prototype will share on completing, actually I am from Pakistan where Green House Gases are bigger problem than you even we facing climate change example(records breaking temperature, disturbed rain cycle etc) and Smog a new type of air pollution which appears from previous 3 to 4 years in uppers part of Pakistan and India last years in December 2017 lots of people in Pakistan facing deaths and serious infection disease that's make me to about it's serious issue I am not physiatrist or scientist but I have common sense, I start research on climate changes earlier this year and got CO2 is main reason for climates change, now I have very cheap and applicable way to capture than store or reused it over to use.

Hope you guys have somebody in charge of social media cuz it kind of feels like no one's listening... Anyway you guys got to take a cup of that stuff poured into a tiny chainsaw and start that chainsaw up in the middle of Congress that's how you get through to politicians and dumb thick headed people that your stuff works you going to have to make some videos showing the stuff work on cars lawn mowers... Production and in goal amount of land does nothing to get you started...you need State cooperation so you got free hydroelectricity and free water start making some free stuff. And sell it... Something similar to Mexico's pemex petrol .for the government to jump in with the Private industry...cheap non-polluting gas that doesn't use oil that doesn't require dealing with middle Eastern and 1-percenter billionaires and all kinds of gluttons that are overcharging us fake refinery shutdowns and all the other baloney
