Followed your directions to a tee, sewed up the pattern with seam allowance....Just beautiful...incredibly fluid, full of body and presence. Nothing flat and dull about this bodice block. Just incredible...thank you so much...bless
These are amazing drafting lessons. I drafted the classic shirt from my block (I already had) and it worked out really well. Your method of highlighting the line with measurement is clear and precise and, thank goodness, no talking. The music I switch off since it is distracting. I noticed no new drafting videos, so I guess you gave this up, right?
Your posts are so soothing and therapeutic for me! And inspirational! Seeing people who love their craft is so important during times like these. It helps me stay motivated. Thank you so much!
Hi Sir, I really like your channel and its also very helpful. can you recommend which books did you used? also I wanted to ask can I use same method bodice block for kids wear? Thank you so much from India.

total dart size = body width -( waist /2) +3) and the measurement will be divided into 5 segments using percentage from cb 7%( first dart ) 18(second dart) 35 (third) 11( fourth ) 15( fifth ) 14( sixth ) total 100 percent

@@THEMODELISTESTUDIO thank you so much! how did you calculate the length of the waist line. I'm working with a 25" waist which became 63.5cm when converted but when drawing in this line it looks way longer than your sloper. Am I calculating it incorrectly?
simply put how long do you make your waistline, and how long do you make the bustline given the 85cm bust and 63.5cm waist? Thank you so much for your help

I’m a novice to pattern making and I didn’t know men needed so many darts. This is for both women and men correct?
No this is a female bodice.
Thank
Thank you amazing
Thank you
I hope you're doing okay also...times are a little mad...
Thanks ❣
Is this the Bunka Method?
Yes!
Thank you for the tutorial. At 6:28, how can I know the width of the dart?
The shoulder darts length match to the across back line. Shoulder darts is about 8cm in general .
@@THEMODELISTESTUDIO Oh I figure it out, the width of the dart is B/32 - 0.8. Correct?
I would like to look into possible education....i would be honoured to receive study from the likes of you...
