Hi ARD, I want say many Thanks 🙏 for the work which you are doing . You are connecting many people to their Guyana Roots. I now live in New Jersey and I watch all your shows. . You gotta do a show about the back track to Suriname 😃
The video of beautiful Guyana encouraged the diaspora to come back to their homeland .Also play some of Guyanese music like Dave Martin and others even the Chutney music.
Thank you so much for your time you put in to make these videos.I never saw this part of Guyana in my life.Definitely gonna take a trip to Skeldon in the future..

I am from Tennessee, USA but fell in love with Guyana 20 years ago! But I have always noticed so much trash. Government needs to supply receptacles and pickup service but the people need to throw the trash in them and not on the ground and in the canals. Still love the country and the people!
It's been like 30 and more years l haven't visited Skeldon. Beautiful my great Aunt was living behind the Springlands Police Station. Thats Rampoor Settlement. She died but l still have relatives live there.

This is beautiful. I lived in Guyana for 30 years from 1950 to 1980 and I never visited SKELDON. I knew that Surinam was on the EAST side of Guyana but I never had imagined that you could drive with vehicles on road to Surinam. I missed out a lot. The sceneries are so beautiful that makes me want to visit Guyana and drink some sweet coconut water and enjoy other good stuff that the beautiful Guyana has to offer.
For a country side business town it’s very clean and beautiful. Funny thing is people in the country is much more friendly and welcoming. Meanwhile city people like to think they are more civilized and smarter lmao .
Awesome! I really loved the drone part. Which drone have you used? It was really nice having this tour.... Please see if you can make a simular tour of front road & inside streets of 71 till 74 village in Berbice.

there is a airstrip on the right at 6:57 what happened to it? when i was a kid i would ride my bike there and watch a crop duster lands and take off. it was very loud and flies low above our house in crabwood creek, it was terrifying i can still hear it in my head
A couple of years ago Guyana was such a mess, i almost had written it off as a failed state. The place has truly turned around where even in George town it has actually been cleaned up and is actually looking nice.
Great job my friend i love the work you are doing but as a Guyanese you have to be careful use your brain otherwise they’ll suck the juice out of your heart ❤️.I also love the background music very nice keep up the good work

Fun memories. You know, it is said that when it's raining and the sun is shining at the same time, the devil and his wife are fighting. Well, we know which one she is. Ouch. 😅😅
Really enjoy the videos but I had a question and if I'm wrong please correct me but why do I keep seeing the German flag on some of the main roads and what is the significance behind it
The flags you are referring to are neither national nor political. They are the religious symbols of the hindu faith. It is customary after a religious ceremony for the home owner to stake a flag in his or her property, indicating that the homeowner have done his religious duties. The flags are usually red in color. With time, many would have been staked with varying degrees of fadedness, ripe for misinterpretation.
