I was really close to the front row of the pit and the backing track drowned him out pretty bad up close.

i saw him at echo beach and it was the same thing was hard to tell when he was playing and what was back track
the mix usually sounds clearer than in this particular tour.

Literally one of the most boring stage to play on. I bet he didn't really enjoy it either
He was the opening act. Jason's amazing, but not really the reason most people are there. He also just sort of plays and it's appreciated, his playing is too technical to have time to work the crowd and hype shit up. His alloted time basically let him address the crowd like twice leading people into the next songs

It's live and recorded from a device. This goes without saying. Surely we can just enjoy what is given to us without stating the obvious. Really dope sound quality from this vantage point, I say.
