Bad instruction! I don’t need music! Someone please tell me how to open the lid backside to turn on the power at 22 second on video. It says move forward then lift. But it is not possible to move forward! Not possible to lift! Really disappointed!

@@GeberitGroup Thank you for the response but this does not help. I have exactly the users manu and I read it before I post here. It is not possible to open the “design cover”. Something must be wrong. The light at the left side of toilet turns to red after a couple of minutes and then keep red. (I bought a completely new apartment/ new building and upgraded the toilet. I received the apartment together with the toilet today. Not working.)
