This talk by Yogoda Satsanga Society of India sannyasi Swami Suddhananda Giri sheds light on how we can cultivate peace, and remain ensconced in it, by meditating deeply and holding on to the after-effects while faithfully performing our duties. Also, by the conscious mental effort to be in tune with the divine at all times, and by sending out thoughts of love, goodwill, and harmony, we can fortify our inner sanctuary of peace.

Day-after-day my body, mind & soul seek to hear and be with Self-Realization seekers only. Many could say anything as advices only for others but in SRF/YSS we live and in tune with the words of God. Satsang is good through this mediums. But nothing like to be in India. To feel the air there, the weather, to small it, to eat the prasadam, to see it directly with the senses is completly dfferent. Thanks God I had some teste to be there. So seeing this talk I can travel a bit with the mind. Although it is so different when one is there mental and phisicaly, I miss Indian eviroment a bit...Jai Guru
This speech is amazing Swamiji. If only I also could reach this state of ever peaceful and ever joyous state like you. For me this state is attained during meditation but not able to maintain it 24×7😀 Since you are living what you are preaching the whole lecture is penetrating within like butter into a hot toast. One heart felt suggestion, there are many hindi speaking devotees who get deprived of such lovely lectures. I request YSS to pay attention in this matter also. Jai Guru
