If your having issues installing these mods I had a solution for myself. I just created another folder inside my documents and named it (Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars) and then created inside that a folder named (Mods). Then i just pasted the Mod inside that folder and launched the Steam version of the game with the -ui enabled and it poped up in my mods launcher. Honestly I didn't think this would work but I figured I'd try it anyways because it was literally my last option.

@@BlackWolf520 Yea I have both the collection in Origin and the steam versions bc the Origin version broke and wasn't installing right. Origin wasn't allowing me to play Kane's wrath and even after messing with reg-edit i couldn't get kane's to work. so i uninstalled EVERYTHING that was labeled C&C3 except for my replays and ended up getting the steam version to work prety easily. For some reason Origin wasn't allowing me to open the ui on both my main pc and my gaming laptop. ┻━┻ ︵ ¯\(ツ)/¯ ︵ ┻━┻
For anyone having difficulties with getting mods to be recognized in the game launcher, I had to manually create a "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars" folder in documents and follow that up with a "Mods" folder and then install Tiberium Essence in there; not roaming! Pretty sure the folder names have to be capitalized hence why I've put them in quotes so you can just copy/paste it. Also Make sure that the .Big & .Skudef are also within an appropriately named folder too. Hope this helps someone.

so my mods were in .skudef and .big form, and i just pasted them into the mods folder. when i started up the launcher and looked at the mods section, i did not see them. dont put them just into the folder. make another folder and put the mod files into it, then put that folder into the Mods folder, then it recognizes the mods
If the folder doesn't appear or the mod doesn't read, do this: enter the game and play multiplayer against a bot in that same multiplayer mode, put it in soft mode, beat it and then save the replay, the game will create the folder for you and now you just create the mods folder and drag your "mods" there, at least that's how it worked for me.

Thanks so much for posting this. Now, I've successfully installed several mods. I see new menu graphics, hear different music, and I see the mods' logos in the upper right, but all three campaigns are the same, just with a few units unique to the particular mod. I don't see any new campaigns. Should I expect new and different stories and campaigns, or just to play the original three campaigns over and over with different units?

Well, there are two things I can think of, first, did you look to see if it's hidden? You need to go to the top left of the window, click organize, then folders and search options, a window will open, go to the view tab click on 'Show hidden files, folders and drives', apply and see if the fonder is there. If this doesn't work then just try making the folders (The only things stored in this folder are mods and replays, if you've never saved a replay then maybe the game just never made the folder). In 'My Documents' make a folder with this name 'Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars', then make another folder inside called 'Mods', then just follow the video. I hope this helps, good luck. :)
Good, I'm glad. I've got 85 hours of this game on steam, and at least 200 hours on a torrented version I used to have, and for 96% of that play time I wasn't using mods... here's to the next 200 hours! :)

Nevermind, I got it too work. If you have a torrented (NON Steam) version here is how I did it: 1) In "My Documents" CREATE a new folder and titled it "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars" 2) INSIDE that new folder make another one titled "Mods" 3) Copy over the mod file into the new "Mods" folder 4) Find the C&C 3 Icon you double click when you launch the game on your PC 5) Right-click that Icon and select "Properties" 6) Under "Target" type (space) -ui ( The path will look something like: "C:\Games\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars Complete Collection\Command and Conquer 3\CNC3.exe" -ui ) 7) Click "Apply" 8) Open the game and the new interface will now appear!

Hmmm, if you're talking about the command and conquer folder directly in My documents, it might be hidden, to enable hidden folders open your file browser-View->Options->View->Then select show hidden files, folders, and drives, It should show up. If you're talking about the mods folder, then all you have to do it create the folder yourself. Let me know if this works :)
I already found a way, since i got a new computer and all my files were on my laptop i copied the document folder and extracted it onto my new computer, all works :P
i downloaded the "Fallout" mod, i installed the game on Origin, when i click played, the launch window pops out (which is good), but when i go into the mod tab, i don't see any mods to be on the list. i created the "Mods" folder in the document file. But before i created the "Mods" folder, i found out that inside the "Document" folder, there was not even a folder for Command & Conquer Tiberium Wars. any idea what might have went wrong?
you have play it first... first is to do is mission campaign(either nod or gdi they both mission apparently...but nod is first attack right before gdi to protect...) then play skirmish... after that... you will see documents file name command and conquer 3 tiberium wars....'then you create file name mods inside there

One solution is to give my documents more room, if you go to your libraries, right-click on my documents and go to properties then include another folder, this should be from another drive. Now I would move some of the folders and files to the new folder, leaving the game folders where they are. Now even though the files are on another drive they still show up in my documents, allowing you to install the mods. Hope this helps.
All hidden folders are shown. It is a Steam Installation, and based on other bits of questioning, it seems that the Steam version hates this folder. So I've created it myself.

right click on the game -> game properties -> advanced launch options -> at Command line arguments -> (just type) -ui the same window will be opened once you hit play. but yet, TiberianDawn did not work for me

Okay, Just did some research, I'm not sure if you can do this on mac. However, if you make a desktop shortcut, then go to properties and add -ui to the applications path it should open up C&C3 Tiberium Wars Game Center (Where you launch the mods).
@Playfulzombie How do you play this on multiplayer, aka Revora. Because when the i lunch the game, the Revora launcher comes up instead of the launcher where i can select the mod. Please help
To play multiplayer you simply need the mod installed on both players computers, I'm not sure what Revora is so I can't comment on that, if you can get the launcher, as shown in the video, to come up at all this will work. The way I play multiplayer is to use hamachi, create a common network that both players join, both of you then launch the game with the mod installed, then simply go to multiplayer, network and you should be able to see the other player and create a game as usual. Let me know if this worked. :)
Well, 'Logmein Hamachi' is a program used to make virtual networks, so you can make a network and multiple people can connect to it, this makes the game think you're all on the same network, this is particularly useful with games, as you can play LAN games even if you're on different networks. When you download Hamachi you need to click on the power symbol (A window may pop up asking you to log in, you need to do this to make networks). Next you need to go to Network--Create a new network, a window will pop up with 3 fields (Network ID=The name of the network you're making, Password=The password anyone wanting to join the network needs) fill them out. Once you have made a network all you need to do is give your friend the name and password to the network, they can log in by going to Network--Join an existing network. With all this done, you should now be able to setup network games with people. Hope this helped. :)
Hmm, 1) First off, what program are you using? (Winrar, 7Zip, etc) 2) What is the extension on the file after you extract it? (.exe, .txt, etc) 3) What mod are you trying to install?

Is there a method for a Retail Copy and have the Physical Disc? Maybe reinstalling the whole game would help as well.

The UI won't only show up with the mod. The way you get up the UI changes depending on how you got the game. How did you buy the game?

how can I install it on mac os X. My one is wine wrapper version.
Sorry, I have no clue. However, if you're using wine, you should be able to find the game folders and just go from there, But I'm not sure.

Okay, Just did some research, I'm not sure if you can do this on mac. However, if you make a desktop shortcut, then go to properties and add -ui to the applications path it should open up C&C3 Tiberium Wars Game Center (Where you launch the mods).

@Playfulzombie How do you play this on multiplayer, aka Revora. Because when the i lunch the game, the Revora launcher comes up instead of the launcher where i can select the mod. Please help
To play multiplayer you simply need the mod installed on both players computers, I'm not sure what Revora is so I can't comment on that, if you can get the launcher, as shown in the video, to come up at all this will work. The way I play multiplayer is to use hamachi, create a common network that both players join, both of you then launch the game with the mod installed, then simply go to multiplayer, network and you should be able to see the other player and create a game as usual. Let me know if this worked. :)

Well, 'Logmein Hamachi' is a program used to make virtual networks, so you can make a network and multiple people can connect to it, this makes the game think you're all on the same network, this is particularly useful with games, as you can play LAN games even if you're on different networks. When you download Hamachi you need to click on the power symbol (A window may pop up asking you to log in, you need to do this to make networks). Next you need to go to Network--Create a new network, a window will pop up with 3 fields (Network ID=The name of the network you're making, Password=The password anyone wanting to join the network needs) fill them out. Once you have made a network all you need to do is give your friend the name and password to the network, they can log in by going to Network--Join an existing network. With all this done, you should now be able to setup network games with people. Hope this helped. :)

1) First off, what program are you using? (Winrar, 7Zip, etc)
2) What is the extension on the file after you extract it? (.exe, .txt, etc)
3) What mod are you trying to install?
im not using any of the programs and im trying to install the tiberium essence mod, and i have trouble with 7-zip

Ah, I see, You don't need steam, but you do need to get the ui up, as shown at 2:32 in the video. So if you know how to do that then you're set.

Para descargar mods tu google "Command and conqure 3 tiberium wars mods", aquí está un enlace para el sitio que uso (www.moddb.com/games/cc-tiberium-wars/mods). Una vez que estás en el sitio que simplemente haga clic en el mod que desea desplazarse hasta la sección de "archivos" y descargar el mod, podría llamarse "Tiberium Essence 1.6 beta" o algo así como "Talon mod 1.35", que cambia de Mod a mod así que tendrás que calcular qué archivo es el correcto. Buenas! Descargue el c&c 3 TW full 1.09 baje mods y los ubique en documentos pero no tengo la ventana para poder elegir los mod

-ui Lanucher in the computer hard driver but it work it is a different menu. i am playing the game on ORIGIN GAMES ultimate collection off of EA games Origin I wanna use mods and play C&C TIBERIAN Essences 2.0 or 2.0 Aphla Apirl 14 2020 and it's isn't working at all i can't get the shortcut too launch the different modded menu too play the mods these youtube video tutorials don't helppp at all using window xp 8.1 64xbit and using 7.Zip since winrar isn't free or winzip is activation lock
I've followed all these steps but the game closes whenever I choose "Browser"
