You conceded 8 not exactly because of the defense, but rather the whole team collectively defending terribly. The attackers are barely pressing high up the field or at least cover down the spaces for Bayern to not get comfortable, same for the midfielders. The game itself was a tug of war in which Bayern ultimately won because they're physically more fit and better prepared.
