I tried the place, and the taste plus service was fantastic. The lobster, lamb, and Beef Wellington was seriously great.

Tx for the extra pro tip re bar seating! I am often a solo traveler so the bar seating option is a huge plus for me!!! Even with friends, bar seating is fun! No res needed for that. COOL!!

I can't believe there is a 10 month out wait for a reservation to pat$100 for a buffet! I personally can't eat that much to make it worth all that. Good review though.

No way to get in anymore because you have to book 6 months out and you have to wait until midnight Sunday 6 months ahead to even have a chance since they wont take reservstions more than 6 months out. It just isn't worth dealing with that.
This buffet just isn't really accessible.
The buffet is definitely tough to get in, we do know friends who have had luck with the the Sunday morning walk-in with no reservations, but that is hit or miss. What's your current favorite Las Vegas buffet?

We went to the Sterling Brunch every time we were in Vegas starting 2000. We miss it so much. Maitre d’ Hilario was the best. 😢 I’d love to try this one sometime if we can ever get a reservation.

I ate there in January and was so stuffed. It really was the best buffet I had been to and well worth the price.

M used to have an AMAZING buffet. When did it close? Why? and what happened to that huge area where the buffet was located?
how do you know something is nicely seasoned before tasting it?
If you've been cooking and eating as long as we have you can look a dish LOOKS (which is what was said) nicely seasoned and tasting it will determine if you're right or not. Hope that helps. LOL

@@robertbacon7731 Well... have you never been able to see spices on the outside of something? That, _especially_ in combination with being able to smell herbs/spices is a good indicator of something being nicely seasoned. Like you'd be able to see and smell if a chicken breast was seasoned or not.
Pre-tasting, the "nicely" can be in relation to the amount of apparent seasoning that's visible and smelled. After tasting, the "nicely" can describe your personal opinion palate-wise.
@kriscynical errr not sure how to tell you this without making you look a bit silly but I'll just go ahead. The water that it's cooked in is seasoned to impart flavour, how that can be SEEN is amazing, but I'll leave you to it seeing as you believe flavour is visible......x

Thats not the most expensive buffet, it belongs to Jasmine at Bellagio for their holiday brunch buffet on christmas, new years day, and chinese new year for $118, and also Genting palace at resort world, they serve a chinese new year brunch buffet as well for $129

I ran all over Las Vegas looking for this place, until someone told me I was looking in the wrong place. It is in Henderson, a large city adjacent to Las Vegas. Just thought I'd mention it, so as not to hurt the feelings of the residents of Henderson.

I tried it last month and it was not worth it simply because the options are limited and the buffet is small. They are lacking side orders. The Lobsters were too salty and all the meat cuts were all tough.

The last time I went to a buffet in Las Vegas was a while back at the Rio, I actually don’t even know if they still have it but that was always our go to. I definitely wanna try the one at the M…. i’m going in about four weeks and maybe my daughter and I will try the bar section at the M buffet since it’ll just be the two of us. Wish us luck if we try we try to get in…👍🏻

I have always wanted to try that buffet. But $100 for someone with gastric bypass. I just can’t do it. It’s too expensive for that if I had a regular appetite, no question I’d do it.
I so miss the Studio B buffet at the M Resort. I haven’t been back since the original buffet closed. So many wonderful casinos in town with a lot of things to do. The M is so far from everything else and it lacks things to do other than gamble and eat. I’m a Vegas local.

cauliflower au gratin is NOT vegan or vegetarian unless PLANT BASED cheese. And all meat, poultry, dish and seafood is ALL gluten free.....gluten is only in WHEAT products.

$100 a person is not that much expensive, you go to any sit down seafood or steak restaurant on the strip for two people, it is easily over $200, and they are still always packed require reservation, even Wynn or bacchanal buffet are $76 and $80 for dinner

Spend $40 at Berger King. So $100 is actually a good deal. Blame Bill Gates,and Biden for the economy buddy.
