In this video I have shared all the emails what I have received after receiving the Countdown to Accenture email also I have shared the glitches what I faced like wrong location display in the address filling application to receive laptop or PC etc., everything I have shared in detail so please watch the full video from start to end so that you wont miss even a single point which I have shared based on my experience.

I received the count down mail , in that totally 6 steps are there and accenture people unlocked 1 st step on 5/4/22 and 2 nd step on 7/5/22 and now for 3 rd step it showing 9/6/22... If the same process continues it takes 6 months to unlock remaining steps.
My question is , is there any chance to get the pre learning modules before unlocking of 7 steps. And how time it takes to join.

Hello Maam , on my accenture offer letter my location is kolkata but the project I am assigned to is operated from bangalore and gurgaon only. When started my training I got to know that when office resumes i need to get back to project location . What to do now ?
As i got to know from people saying location is not constraint in Accenture you can change it by yourself so just check internally and do the needful

As you explained for Gear up for Day 1 E-mail, Facing same issue. I'm having preferred location mentioned in offer letter but while accessing that link i can see some other location. I already have dropped email reverting same to them. (But at the same time i made mistake submitted the form) My DOJ is 22nd March. Do let me know what to do in this case or some other suggestions.

Base location you will get in your offer letter but exact location they'll share one day before joining

I hope you can reply my inquiry regarding the email sent to me by the accenture which mentioned
"Visit Countdown to Accenture to complete your required documentation. These must be completed at least one week prior to your first day."
So I click the link and forgot password for the initial pw, just like what you've did but it is said that: There was an attempt to reset password using this email address but there is no account connected to it.
So I read again the email they've sent and they've mentioned: You should have received instructions to access Countdown to Accenture in a separate email. (But I didn't received yet until now).
Does it mean I should wait again for another email? I just need a confirmation since there's a deadline on the submission of the requirements.

Touchpoint link to update address and covid certificate is not working. It said we migrated to new site and in the new site it shows error email not available. HR asked me to send covid certificate in email but no update on laptop

They haven't changed anything it will remain incorrect only but they have told to ignore as it was a software glitch

Date of joining you will get it in your offer letter itself if you have not received then it depends on like how soon resource availability on the project is required

Hi, I received an offer letter immediately after my HR round on 10 March. Over the call we discussed the joining date as mid of May post my notice period and she agreed to. But in the offer letter she has mentioned 16-March. I asked the HR to change the date as discussed before, and she said yes. But I’m already receiving the onboarding and the related emails back to back. Would it be a problem now ? Will they adhere to what they have said ? Please reply
you just follow with them otherwise they wont remember and get the updated date email as soon as possible

Now I have been informed that my onboarding is on hold due to some pending approval and they would let me know soon 😞😞 I really didn't expect this at last moment after DOJ. I have already reached out to the other companies for which I have rejected the offers...for safer side 😣
You can tell them the same and they should not reject you as you have already onboarded until and unless your documents are proper
@@CareerChrome I am pretty sure my documents are proper. It's some approval pending from their end. My recruiter is on leave and doesn't pick up the calls as well. The back up person not responding. If this is the situation for a person who is almost the employee then think about interview candidates.
But fortunately one of the companies for which I rejected the offer accepted me back. God's grace. Gonna join them tomorrow. They sent updated offer Letter with DOJ.
Accenture should learn some ethics

And I accidentally submitted that link with my address for courier details, will it impact on my joining date?

@@CareerChrome - Not picking up the calls, no reply over mails and no reply to text messages. But getting calls from different ,different HR and i am telling the same thing to each HR from last 1 month and all of them are saying that okay we will check but again new HR calls and same story...
In your offer letter they have given contact number of your talent couch so reach out to that particular person else they would have given the 2nd and 3rd escalations in OL reach out them, definitely anyone from these will reply to your concern

My DOJ was 6th September but onboarding team need my immediate previous emplyer releiving letter which i dont have because i left my last organization on 1st September and they will send my releiving letter after full and final settlement on next month and now accenture changed my doj on 11th September. Now i am stressed again they will create issue on my doj
Ask your previous employer to provide just an email of relieving so that you can show case that to your new employer as proof of leaving

What ever is mentioned in the offer letter that will be your job location but in case if they changed, then get the confirmation from them whether that is a software glitch or what, if they are not replying then wait till EOD.
Else if you don't want to wait for the response from them then what you can do is send them mail saying that my job location assigned to me was locationA but in this portal I found the incorrect location i.e., locationB so I consistently tried contacting you people to discuss the same but no response and the last date was tomorrow so assuming that this is a software glitch am submitting it but please do let me know if it is so. My Job location will remain LocationA only.

Yes if your salary was below 15k then you are not eligible for epf

before 45 days of your joining you might receive but some times it may delay for a week or two

Only base location they'll provide in prior but exact location they will share one day before joining
