Broooooo the amount of detail and the quality in your videos is just crazy good. You deserve a lot more views and subscribers. I don't know why your channel is not blowing yet
3:25 Both are glorified sugar syrups I decide which product to buy based on 1) nutritional content 2) if difference is minor, bang for the buck That is, if those products pass the minimum threshold of healthiness in the first place 1) Go to the counter for what u want(peanut butter, pasta, dark chocolate etc) 2)grab each packet from diff companies available 3) Eliminate some(or all) based on preservatives, flavouring, food colouring chemicals used(u would be surprised the amount of banned(by major global bodies) carcinogens that are stil used in indian products) 4)check nutritional information 5)pick one or none(and buy online)
i think japanese supermarket model is way better for India than US one, since they easily have everything great from US model but build on it by doing minimal things like giving almost 90% of what the consumer would need to know when buying the product on the front side of the package itself which tends to make them look cluttered but it works for the common salary man and that they also always go for the more local fkavours.
It is just how India is everyone have the same mentality “chalta hai” It have nothing to do with per capita income. Be it poor or rich in India no one wants to change. Rich neighbourhood have same problem of being dirty, not good looking area, no walkways, same redi wala making dirty food and people enjoy it, when they organize something the also don’t use decent colors for decorations and just everything looks shit in India. Even poor countries and war torn countries like Iraq are better than India in how organize and good looking their cities are with that comes everything from supermarkets and people behaving like civilized society. Yes with more money you can buy different things but basic mentality doesn’t change. Chalta hai packaging is going to remain the same just like our cities. If people even they are poor start to demand decent cities and change how they get around cities then we can say how brands portray themselves it will change. If you are okay with eating street foods from a dirty street vendor and okay with all the traffic, shops capturing walkway, etc etc you are okay with brands shit packaging
