I think this is an overcurrent issue. I was able to fix it by cleaning the contacts on both sides of the long tube with contact spray.

Hi talked to dreame via the chat on the homepage they send me an shipping Label for the cleaner…they have to Check and hopfully repaire it but i m still waiting but it's only been 2 weeks..

I solved it, the long tube was clogged with garbage and cardboard remains, the air did not circulate, I cleaned it and it worked.
