Wow this is amazing. I'm on hard mode and took me two tries to beat Crow and Vita. But I'm also doing this technique. Speed up then delay and no one also got knocked out. But I can't beat them without damage lol.
my strategy here: 1. Fie with 100% evation rate, all ailment quartz and juggler master quartz. FRONTLINE 2. Rean AT delay build, Impede 1-2, Sharon Acc. 60% recovery rate gladiator Acc. and Force Quartz for extra up CP BACKLINE RIGHT and spam those Arc Slash 3. Alisa just 2 auto up CP and keep spam CP Craft for Rean and Emma. BACKLINE LEFT 4. Emma with Full ATS equip and All Status Resistance Accesorries, Spam Art and crescent shell. BACKLINE MIDDLE EZ BOSS and EZ all cryptids

I just use fie as a tank and put her right next to them (i have my fie with 90% dodge rate) and have emma, elliot, and rean bombard enemies with crafts and arts. XD
Nightfury oblivion Lets do some math: The modding community has tested that at 100% evasion one can dodge every dodgeable attack in the game. So we need to get Fie to 100% so that she may never take damage. She has 30% base. An extra 20 from patterned shirt, 30 from 2 evergreens. Were at 80, another 10 from boots and 10 from evade 2. Did I mention that you can do this before act ii. Edit: boots dont give evade, you will need instead instead an evade 1 and shining r.
You can also give fie Gaius' master quartz and if you have it up to level 5 that'll be 6 turns with insight status. Then give her shining if the fights last longer than that. My Fie never got his except with an occasional S craft which doesn't seem like it should be possible considering with the equipment I had plus insight. The game must hate me lol

this boss is actually the most fun battle. maybe if crow immune to delay like the cs1 counterpart this fight will be my favorite. seriously enemy have link attack should be norm
anyone ever have the delay build by mistake? i accidently cheesed the last to chapters of the first game and only figured out what delay actually did on like the 6th chapter because i noticed bosses barely took turns anymore i felt so dumb
elixirs can be bought from rosine in the courageous' infirmary, while the seasonal hotpot (the ones that gives 7777 HP and 77 CP) a food item where you can obtain via cooking, and its the last recipe for the cook book.
I believe this is a N3 run he's doing. His level isn't that high. I hit lvl 130 on Rean after beating these two bosses on my first playthrough on Hard, so at the very least this gameplay doesn't have level and notebook carry over. Remember that since he's beating most bosses with multiple staggers, double overdrive, bag of tricks, unscathed, he's getting around 3x XP on every boss fight. He's probably getting 1.7x xp on most mob fights too. He might have grinded a lot for the quartz levels though (by fighting easy mobs in Ymir).

That's what I did for a lot of this game's bosses tbh and I had Fie at 50% dodge rate.

High AT delay fie build - great strategy but you could have also of gone with rean Dmg build and ended this in 2 termination slashes as well.
