just because you have got DII at high valuation does not mean you need to maintain same to retail investors aswell. can go down after listing to settle at industry standard PE, thereby trapping investors at high prices
You are right business is promising but valuations are very high the company strengths is the namkeen snacks brand the sweet business is not that strong its an add on and its entirely ofs thoda reasonable valuations pe ipo lana chahiye tha
