why do you guys put the price tag ON the front of the box? wtf i display my old sealed sets i dont want a PRICE tag on the FRONT and if you try to take it off you ruin the box... why not put it over the original barcode?
@@coolbeans7349 We put them on the front so customers don’t have to pick up sets to see the price tags. I will let you in on a Wapi Secret. All you have to do to take the stickers off is heat them up with a hairdryer for 10 seconds. It warms the glue up and the stickers come right off!
I know you are a young guy so please take this as just a 2 cent business observation and advise, from a fellow business owner. Talking about being closed, days off, parties, basketball games and NFL games when your whatnot shipping time frame has steadily slipped all the way to 4 days average ship time, is potentially a habit that could cost you some of the hard work you have been doing, as a business owner. I know times are different and young people "want it all" but owning a business means when you have done all the fun stuff, selling, you have to then get down to the hard unglamorous stuff i.e. packing and shipping your products. It's one thing if you simply run out of time but you are making choices to delegate and delay the second and perhaps most critical part of a retail business. Again, you are doing an outstanding job being such a young businessman and growing your brand too! keep up the good work but pay attention to the small parts too. Happy New Year!
great advice. I will say I won a what not auction and my lego didnt ship for 6 days. it put a bad taete in my mouth tbh i asked about my shipment and they never got back to me
I totally understand this concern, and we will be better. Over the last few months, USPS has not been scanning our packages in when they come pick them up. We routinely get all our packages out within 2 business days. This will be fixed one way or another. It started happening when we started having them pickup instead of dropping the packages off at USPS. It comes at a bad time because USPS is already experiencing shipping delays with the holiday season. It’s a bad look for our business, and I’m working with USPS to fix the scanning issue.
@@glassesstapler it looks like I was creating scan forms incorrectly so they weren’t going in correctly. It should be figured out moving forward! I just used the new method for last Friday’s store tour. Packed it up Monday, and USPS picked it up today. Everything is scanned in and going out. We almost always get all store tour packages out Tuesday which is two business days after Friday. The issue was they weren’t getting scanned in which was my fault. It’ll be fixed moving forward.

18:00 onward every set but 2 have price tags on the front lmao, one had a sticky note why not do that? easy to take off
