That combo is tough to heal regardless of who you use as a healer. I honestly cannot tell you how many times I've played with a Hu Tao that evaporates because their standing in front of attacks to purposely lower their HP and pay the price for it.
I've seen so many HuTaos and Xiaos especially HuTaos who charged themselves to death

As a Xiao main I don’t rely on the healer to keep me alive 24/7. Food is my best friend and I try to dodge
thats not true. both jean and bennet are just trash and it shows because my barbara just max heals hu tao no matter what and I NEVER need to use her burst which is a good thing because i can save it for emergencies

@@dreamyshiki yeah I once had a bad to as Kokomi. In a domain Raiden died but they admitted to being reckless. Then it came to seriously bad timing with Eula and Diluc. My jellyfish wasn't ready and my burst wasn't ready yet. I ended up spamming the buttons anyway to try and save those 2 but it was too late and both died on me. I ended up having to solo the domain. Everyone was cheering for me but I felt bad for being unable to heal those 2 on time
@@littleneko4700 It happened to me with Azhdaha ! We were 3, one Razor rush into him and always avoid my jellyfish and end up dying and quiting the domain-
I was alone with and Ayaka/Diona person, it was going well until none of my heals were available and they ended up dying- in the end I made it solo but I felt bad not being able to heal them at time TT
Hardest part being the healer of the party:

Have a kokomi or a qiqi in the party is a blessing Jean is a pretty good healer but you need uptime because the basics do not that much when you dont have blacksword with high crit rate is also not really guaranteed you heal.
I haven't heard of using Jean wirh Blacksword cuz the synergy between them sucks. The priority of weapon choice for 4 stars is Amenoma, Festering Desire, and Favonius and 5 stars would be Aquila Favonius Jade Sword and Misplitter
@@SHIKIGENSHIN i use her with blacksword and i love it when i put this on im on almost 80 crit rate and heal at very hit with Jeans or the sword passive or both i mean yes her healing is amazing and uptime is also infinitive. But sometimes my hits without it dosnt heal right idk how

And thus Kokami's usefulness was proven. I've face tanked Azhdaha because there was a Kokomi in the party with my The Black sword.

ay same the second a kokomi places down her jellyfish and I have my eula's ult up I just face tank everything without a care
I don't see how that would help in this fight, it's in coop so imo kok is a good healer but you'd need her burst to be up more, in that case I'd say Bennett Is better for this fight since you can get his burst up before the cooldown goes away
@Mo only to a certain range tho and it's not as noticable as Benny burst, I'm not calling her bad but I think In coop bosses Bennett is better, not to mention Bennett boosts dmg and generates pyro particles very easily, which gives more incentive to his coop mates to be in the burst
@@zMoaz just say you don't have her and don't know how to used her properly. If you're using kokomi properly you have 100% uptime on her heals be it her E or Q and can out heal bennett and Qiqi
Fun fact, honestly it's alright even if they died at the melting part(actually it's better to die there is ur hp like 10 left. Cos you will alive again at 2nd phase lol
There are definitely statistically better healers in the game... but I just love the instant top-off heal that Jean's able to do while also dealing aoe damage. I really wish Hoyoverse would release a new character that could do something similar.
lmao as a xiao main i can confirm here 😭 there was one co-op i used xiao and the other player used hutao, then the rest immediately changed their characters to jean and bennett. i was cracked up so much lmaooo

What about QiQi tho? Even using her ultimate that heals a lot, she can still use her normal power to heal that creates the same circle that ultimate has when she hits the enemy(you have to lvl up talents to get that).
jean (also) has normal attack that heals lmao, the only part of jean that doesnt heal is her skill

@@abdullahawais9267 qiqi is just a straight up healer, no enrrgy particles, just heal, while jean in the other hand can heal with burst, cc with e, heals with basic attack and generates energy for team

What they're saying is qiqi places a fortune preserving talisman on the opponent during her NA which heals based off her ATK every single time we hit the opponents.
There's a reason why i build my jean who's bonus heal is 73% with a Er sword for now she's a healer

This happened to me and I was Jean, it was hard to know when to heal as I wanted to time myself to heal when xiao’s burst came. Nevertheless, it was rlly fun and everyone survived :)

It is way harder to keep Xiao alive than Hutao.
Xiao is just too squishy.

true, hutao gets some health back when she uses her burst but xiao only gets drained
@V M plus hutao dissapear when she run or charge and have some decent base DEF that helps for dodging.
I mean healing xiao is easy too yeah but sometimes he gets flung midair, gets oneshot and die if you know what I mean...
There are times where my Kokomi's burst saved them in time-
But when the cd is still not done yet

Me a hybrid Diona main (dps + healer) met a crisis in the Tenacity & Pale flame domain with a Hu Tao and Xiao. Both of them didn’t dodge when the vishaps were doing their plunging attacks and I had to choose to save between the two, since they were at the opposite sides of the domain. I chose to save Xiao since Hu Tao can heal with her burst. Then as soon as the burst hit Xiao I heard Hu Tao’s death line TvT
as a person that either uses xiao or hu tao, i finish 100+ food on a daily basis
As a past barbara main, I still audibly sigh when I hear xiao say something in a fight lol

i remember the stress i have in co-op in the raiden fight. i was a kokomi (with her signature weapon ayooo) main for the fight and i was with hu tao, ayato and raiden. both ayato and raiden died halfway of the fight which left the person who needs a lot of healing to do badonka dmg and the person who needs less healing and less hp to do badonka dmg. the stress of seeing the hu tao main almost dying multiple times while also doing vaporize reaction for the hu tao main. in the end, she almost died but we won in the nick of time.
Lmao this happened to me once, both Hu Tao and Xiao were equipped farming arti domain, and I can tell you it was hell and chaos, but I still somehow kept them alive, even tho Hu Tao literally had a 1% of her HP. I'm not even a Jean main. The second round Hu Tao died tho.
Same party but I use Barbara as a Healer in clam domain. After that, I gain some enlightenment about Barbara and Kokomi differences. Barbara is moving healer while Kokomi is stationary healer. So I can just spam Barbara charge attack without moving too much because Hutao and Xiao tank enemy attack take their agrro and I can still healing the entire party wherever they are unlike Kokomi.
especially if you want to get the most out of hu tao! tryna keep them alive + under 50% hp
I am a Zhongli main so I feel that pressure of "Zhongli has the best shield in the game how did you die" but my build is for damage and my shield is not strong... I always love when there is a healer when I'm doing signora so I don't have to worry too much about the sheer cold. I'll never forget one time I was farming artifacts and 2 members died and It was me Zhongli and Kokomi vs hydro abyss mage. That Kokomi was the reason I was alive and managed to beat that mage ass. So even though I have shield I'm always thankful for healers
I always feel stressed out when theres both Hu Tao and Xiao on a team. Either me or the other person has to be healer or us both being healer. I actually don't care who brings who but please learn how to dodge😭. Going rambo, dies and making only healer live is like showing that you're playing for yourself, not for everyone in co-op. Co-op in full word is "Co-Operation" so its a team effort.

In my early days, the teams I used to use were Xiao-Jean and HuTao-Benny!
Healing wasn't the problem for the most part but maintaining a low hp on HuTao with all those Healers was a nightmare.
Now fast-forwarding to the present day I have dedicated teams for them. HuTao with Xingqui, Sucrose and Benny and Xiao with Jean, (I just take Yae and Keqing for the sake of making a team as Xiao and Jean are probably enough!)
.....you'll still have a hp problem with hutao + bennet tho
@@kittenmimi5326 Well, I managed it by removing the Healing bonus from Bennys circle and replacing it with HP, thus he does less healing and when HuTao is at low HP it takes time to go over 50%
And with HuTao's Brust HP regeneration and a low healing Benny, HuTao is getting by only using his buffs while maintaining not dying nor going over 50% like ever.
As a Zhongli haver, i have no idea what are the crisis you're talking about
I like playing as the healer with Kokomi but the one time I told my friend, who was the host in private, that I was dying on the inside once I saw a Hu Tao and Xiao join. It worked fine in the end but it was stressful keeping an eye on their hp

I tried being a healer with hu tao and Xiao before, using Bennett wasn't a problem because of his energy recharge, but he was built as a buffer so he only heals for a little bit. Having ENERGY RECHARGE is important
i used to play hu tao in coop, i don't do my 2nd skill unless i have my ultimate ready

Uknow what my acc have 2 well built healer cus i get a lot of hp artifacts even def so noelle,barbara and jean i join domains only to heal and these two combo xaio and hu tao were never a prob for me but the others died;-;

Im a Xiao main, I did Lvl 90 Azdaha in co-cop with a hu-tao, Kokomi and ganyu. Poor kokomi was running around everywhere stressing out on who to heal. Me and the Hu-tao were doing the most dmg so they couldn't let us die, we decided for the ganyu to change into Bennett, The kokomi would heal me and the bennett would heal hu-tao. It worked out actually😭 we killed azdaha hella fast
Jean and Kokomi are the best in these scenarios, Kokomi for her (basically) constant healing and Jean for her capabilities of massive healing with her burst and passive healing with NA
honestly the amount of times i've switched to diona or bennett (my 2 properly built batteries & supports, my personal 6 stars lol) whenever i coop with a xiao or hu tao or both... especially in signora, raiden, and azdaha bosses 😂 i WILL prioritize everybody's survival, no hu tao or xiao will stop me 🤧 maybe a c2 zhongli can stop me tho 😎
I use NRE as a auto heal that as soon as i see my health drop to 3k i just spam it

There were 2 separate times where I went into a Childe fight in co-op, no one else wanted to pick a healer and I only had Diona as a healer so I used Diona, and both separate times there was a Hutao that died instantly 💔, I ended up soloing the lvl 90 Childe with a lvl 80 Diona and won both times, but it was so difficult 😢
Whatever happened to diona's shield? Is she build dps or sumthin and don't shield/heal?
@@kittenmimi5326 hutao died way to quickly for me to be able to use a heal and I tried using the shield when I could but hutao died within 10 seconds of going in 😆
I’m a xiao main and tried a level 90 domain with my hu Tao main friend and the team was level 76 xiao and a level 60 ningguang hu Tao and I think diluc im surprised that I only died 3 times and one time I got locked out of the domain and another time my friend who started the domain ended up being locked out-
As a person that uses Bennett in co-op, I just spam, I don't care if they get mad at me for healing them, be happy you're in 70% hp, alright.

One is usually Ganyu and other is Kazuha, we usually joke about how Ganyu is just aiming at Kazuha and how I always miss it because I'm being torn apart by enemies just to heal them

I actually use xiao and hutao on same party with thoma shield. It is hard to play with but the struggle feels good. I wish i had zhongli as shield or kokomi for heal.
I remember i always had to bring a healer because my DPS were just trash 💀
So i was jean, just trying to get all the time my burst to inmediately use It and praying to get the particles because i was laggy af.
Right now i have kokomi, but haven't been in Coop since a long time ago but for sure i'm not letting nobody die with her if i try Coop once again

When I play healer in co-op, I usually use Jean with more Energy recharge than usually... Then just spam NA And elemental skill, looking at my team health every second and hoping I would have Burst ready when I need it.
P.S. I don't have Qiqi... Only other "healer" Is Noelle because I hate using Bennett
As someone who generally picks Albedo for co op, I cannot relate, but it's really funny when everyone is about to die and they're all running around. But it's pain when those people don't want to pick a healer, don't have food, do not pick up the shields created via crystalize, PICK HU TAO AND XIAO, and you're the only one left and turns out your Albedo has nearly 4k def, but 1k atk.
It has happened more times than what I remember, but it's hell when it happens.
Albedo in co op is rly nice, when your teammate attacks your e dmg just got proc n do dmg god knows how many times, no matter what hit you, you likely won't die cos def, you share EM and lastly if everyone else die you still do big pp dmg
and thats why i use bennett for his short cooldown
If they die in Signora's first phase, they'll respawn in the second phase anyway.

For this situations qiqi is a nice option, dps's won't need to go to a place and can keep hitting the boss

I have used jean for healing only a bit but i think overall healing kit of jean is not as good as Barbara or Qiqi

as someone who used jean a lot, if you dont care about her damage just use ER on her, she heals enough , she just has problems with getting her ult. this and favonious sword is sooo good if you want to get faster ult, this build on jean is chef kiss on coop, but when im out of coop ill change her build for more damage, for jean lovers, hope it helps.
Even using amenoma with ER sands helps a lot!

As someone who mains Xiao, I find it faster to just equip my own NRE bag instead of expecting a healer to heal me everytime I'm low

Healer's hell? Kokomi says otherwise ✨ If you have a well built kokomi in your party you can literally face tank enemies like azdaha.
May I remind you that hutao require low hp to do dmg, so it IS hell cos u dunno if you should heal xiao and make hutao lose dmg or hope they can hold their own
And this is co op. If solo then I agree no problem, but in co op you cannot switch out character, you're stuck with that and azdaha domain is freakin huge, most of the time peoole will avoid your jelly and try to die faster than.. idk lol
@@kittenmimi5326 if hutao mains don't wanna be healed then thats on them to stay away from my jellyfish and manage their hp. I can't put others at the risk of dying. Tho, if they inform me first then I'll try to put the jellyfish away from them. And the saying goes, slightly less dps is better than a dead dps.

Miko due to her low def and hp stat, and idk why but for sum reason eula mains keep dying when i co-op with them 😂 (no offense)
