  • This is the only chả lụa recipe you'll ever need! Grandma Tran has been cooking this up for over 50 years! She usually makes them in 40-pound batches to give away.
    It's delicious in banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches, on its own with hoisin sate sauce for dipping (my favorite), or with escargot inside.
    The base meat paste, aka giò lụa, can be used for a variety of recipes such as meatballs for Bun Moc (Vietnamese Pork and Mushroom Noodle Soup).

    can these be vacuum bagged and finished sous-vide also? How long at what temp?
